关于高等教育改革与发展几个争议问题之我见

【摘要】：本文阐述了我国高等教育在五个方面所进行的体制改革,论述了大学既是事业单位又具有产业性,所以应积极发展高等教育产业和市场,同时也剖析了高校合并的时代背景及其所产生的积极作用;针对上世纪九十年代末以来高校"扩招风"屡屡遭受的批评,文章指出要予以理性地看待,并分析了高校扩招的必然性以及高校更名、升格的必要性。
[Abstract]:This paper expounds the system reform in five aspects of higher education in our country, and discusses that universities are both institutions and industries, so we should actively develop higher education industry and market. At the same time, it also analyzes the background of the amalgamation of colleges and universities and its positive role. In view of the repeated criticism of "enrollment expansion" in colleges and universities since the end of 1990s, the article points out that it is necessary to treat it rationally, and analyzes the inevitability of expanding enrollment in colleges and universities, as well as the necessity of changing names and upgrading colleges and universities.
