基于学生视角的湖南省独立学院声誉影响因素研究

【摘要】:随着高等教育的快速发展,高校之间的生源竞争开始变得越来越激烈,因此,塑造起一个良好的独立学院形象和声誉是其在生源竞争中取胜的重要条件之一。然而,国内外针对独立学院声誉方面的研究成果并不多见,并且由于各国之间国情的不同、教育模式的差异,国外现有研究成果的参考价值也相对有限。本文考虑到高校与学生之间的关系,从以前的高校挑选学生关系演变成了现在的学生挑选高校关系,以及独立学院其办学特征的特殊性,导致独立学院对学生产生了强烈的依赖性,所以本文从独立学院学生视角出发,通过对学生满意度的调查分析来研究湖南省独立学院声誉的影响因素。本文首先回顾了高校声誉和满意度测评的相关概念,运用利益相关者理论和效用理论,从学生视角出发,将独立学院声誉的构成因子分为情感倾向和理性认知,影响因子分为教育资源、教学服务、学生对母体高校关注、师资队伍、人才培养、地域位置、校园文化、后勤服务八个维度。通过实证研究发现,教学服务、校园文化、教育资源这三个影响因子同时作用于理性认知和情感倾向这两个构成因子。可见,教学服务、校园文化、教育资源这三个影响因子既可以影响学生对独立学院认同感、喜爱等方面的理性认知,也可以使学生对独立学院留下长远的情感羁绊;人才培养、师资队伍、学生对母体高校关注对独立学院声誉的理性认知会产生显著影响,对情感倾向不产生显著影响;地域位置和后勤服务对独立学院声誉的情感倾向会产生显著影响,对理性认知不产生显著影响。本文在实证研究的基础上为独立学院提高其声誉提出了相应的对策建议,具体包括:高度重视独立学院人才培养质量;切实加强独立学院师资队伍建设;不断改进独立学院教学服务水平;培养积极进取的独立学院校园文化;积极创造良好的办学条件;不断提高后勤服务水平;充分利用母体高校的共享资源;努力开阔学生视野。本文的创新之处主要在于:(1)完善了湖南省独立学院声誉影响方面的研究,对于今后湖南省独立学院塑造良好的社会声誉具有借鉴意义。本文力求从学生角度出发找出哪些因素对独立学院声誉影响更为深刻,以便指导独立学院真正塑造起良好的声誉。(2)在独立学院声誉影响因子的选取中笔者加入了“地域位置”这一维度,这是以往研究中不曾提到过的。研究表明,高校的所在地域对学生满意度,甚至高校声誉都会产生影响。随着市场竞争的日趋激烈,学生在选择高校时可能会进一步考虑一二线城市、毕业后就业机会等问题。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of higher education, the competition between colleges and universities has become more and more fierce. Therefore, it is one of the important conditions to win in the competition of students to create a good image and reputation of independent college. However, there are few researches on the reputation of independent colleges at home and abroad, and due to the differences of national conditions and educational models, the reference value of the existing research results is relatively limited. Considering the relationship between colleges and students, this paper has evolved from the relationship of selecting students from the former one to the present one, as well as the particularity of the characteristics of independent colleges. As a result, independent college has a strong dependence on students, so this paper studies the influencing factors of the reputation of independent college in Hunan province through the investigation and analysis of student satisfaction from the perspective of independent college students. This paper first reviews the related concepts of reputation and satisfaction evaluation in colleges and universities, applies stakeholder theory and utility theory, from the perspective of students, divides the constituent factors of reputation of independent colleges into emotional tendency and rational cognition. The influencing factors are divided into eight dimensions: educational resources, teaching services, students' attention to parent colleges and universities, teachers, talent training, geographical location, campus culture, and logistics services. Through empirical research, it is found that the three influencing factors, teaching service, campus culture and educational resources, act on the two constituent factors of rational cognition and affective tendency at the same time. It can be seen that teaching service, campus culture and educational resources can not only affect students' rational cognition of identity and love of independent colleges, but also make students leave long-term emotional fetters to independent colleges. The rational cognition of talent training, teachers and students' attention to the reputation of independent colleges and universities will have a significant impact on the emotional tendency; Geographical location and logistic service have significant influence on the emotional tendency of independent college reputation, but not on rational cognition. On the basis of empirical research, this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for improving the reputation of independent colleges, including: attaching great importance to the quality of personnel training in independent colleges, strengthening the construction of teachers' ranks in independent colleges and universities; We should constantly improve the teaching service level of independent colleges; cultivate a positive and enterprising campus culture of independent colleges; actively create good conditions for running a school; constantly improve the level of logistics services; make full use of shared resources in parent colleges; and strive to broaden students' horizons. The main innovations of this paper are as follows: (1) the research on the influence of the reputation of Hunan Independent College has been improved, which will be useful for Hunan Independent College to build a good social reputation in the future. This paper tries to find out from the perspective of students which factors have a more profound impact on the reputation of independent colleges. In order to guide the independent college to create a good reputation. (2) in the selection of the independent college reputation impact factor, the author added the dimension of "geographical location", which has not been mentioned in previous studies. The research shows that the location of the university has an impact on student satisfaction and even the reputation of the university. With the increasingly fierce competition in the market, students may further consider the problems of the first and second tier cities and employment opportunities after graduation when choosing colleges and universities.
