“建成”抑或“生成”:世界一流学科成长的逻辑与路径

【摘要】：回答何为学科成长、如何成长为一流学科的基本问题是"双一流"发展战略深入推进的理论前提。学科成长有其内在"生成"逻辑与外在"建成"逻辑。实然层面,中国大学学科成长以政府和大学为践行主体,体现"建成"逻辑的强制输入;应然层面,学科的知识建构和社会建制过程表明:大学学科成长有其内在"生成"逻辑。学科建设思维从分析重构向系统整合的转变,是"建成"逻辑向"生成"逻辑转变的重要渊源。在澄清两种逻辑差异性的基础上实现动态平衡是一流学科成长的基本思路。转变思维范式,尊崇成长规律,孕育独特性资源成为世界一流学科成长的必然路径。
[Abstract]:To answer the basic question of what is the growth of discipline and how to grow into a first-class discipline is the theoretical premise for the development strategy of "double first-class". The growth of discipline has its internal "generating" logic and external "completion" logic. On the practical level, the discipline growth of Chinese universities takes the government and universities as the main body of practice, reflecting the mandatory input of the logic of "completion"; At the level of necessity, the process of knowledge construction and social establishment indicates that the growth of university discipline has its inherent "generative" logic. The transformation of discipline construction thinking from analysis and reconstruction to system integration is an important source of transformation from "built" logic to "generating" logic. To realize dynamic balance on the basis of clarifying the differences between the two kinds of logic is the basic train of thought for the growth of first-class disciplines. Changing the thinking paradigm, respecting the law of growth and gestating unique resources has become the inevitable path for the growth of world-class disciplines.
