地方医学院校转型发展的动因与路径——以沈阳医学院为例
[Abstract]:At present, our government is leading a number of local undergraduate colleges and universities to the application-oriented transformation. The transformation and development of local medical colleges and universities should be carried out under the guidance of relevant policies of the central and local governments to train applied medical talents to meet the local needs and serve the local health economic and social development. The transformation and development of local medical colleges and universities should take into account the actual conditions such as the department in charge of education, the talent market of the profession and the present situation of the development of the school, so as to overcome the factors which do not adapt to the transformation and development.
