高校毕业生就业难:“绝对的相对”抑或“相对的绝对”

【摘要】：从时代特征的横向维度来看,高校毕业生就业难可谓"绝对的相对",即就业难是相对的,只是这种相对性是绝对的;而从历史和经济社会发展的纵向维度来看,高校毕业生就业难是"相对的绝对",即就业难的绝对性是相对的。无论就业难是"绝对的相对",抑或是"相对的绝对","慢就业"已经成为就业现实的一部分。
[Abstract]:From the horizontal dimension of the characteristics of the times, the employment difficulty of college graduates can be described as "absolute relative", that is, the employment difficulty is relative, but this relativity is absolute; From the perspective of history and the vertical dimension of economic and social development, the employment difficulty of college graduates is "relative absolute", that is, the absolute of employment difficulty is relative.
