论高校思想政治理论课教师供给能力的优化

【摘要】：在大力倡导高校思想政治理论课供给侧结构性改革背景下,高校思政课需要在供给环境、供给主体、供给内容、供给方式等方面加大改革力度。高校思政课教学供给侧改革的关键在教师。教学供给侧改革视阈下高校思政课教师的供给能力是指为满足学生成长成才需求,教师必须具备包括信仰、知识、教学与科研等多元供给能力。目前,思政课教师的信仰供给能力有待加固、知识供给能力有待拓展、教学供给能力有待扩建、科研供给能力有待筑牢。思政课教师亟需采取有力措施以优化四大供给能力,从而切实提高思政课的亲和力与大学生的获得感。
[Abstract]:Under the background of advocating the supply-side structural reform of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities, the reform of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities needs to be strengthened in the aspects of supply environment, supply subject, supply content, supply mode and so on. The key to supply-side reform of ideological and political education in colleges and universities lies in teachers. From the perspective of teaching supply-side reform, the supply ability of college teachers of ideological and political education means that in order to meet the needs of students to grow up and become talented, teachers must possess multiple supply abilities, such as belief, knowledge, teaching and scientific research, and so on. At present, the belief supply ability of ideological and political teachers needs to be strengthened, the knowledge supply ability needs to be expanded, the teaching supply ability needs to be expanded, and the scientific research supply ability needs to be strengthened. It is urgent for teachers of ideological and political education to take effective measures to optimize the four supply abilities, so as to improve the affinity of ideological and political courses and the sense of acquisition of college students.
