国外高校创新人才培养的现状、特色及启示

【摘要】:国外高校创新教育注重提升大学生的综合素质,将培养创新人才严格渗透到教育的全过程,推动教育事业的良性发展。这主要有以下四方面的启示:一是培养理念层面,将"个性化"理念始终贯穿到创新教育中;二是培养途径层面,重视社会实践在创新人才培养中的重要作用;三是教育政策层面,建立健全创新人才培养的资金与政策保障机制;四是育人环境层面,打造有利于创新人才成长与发展的文化氛围。
[Abstract]:Innovation education in foreign colleges and universities emphasizes the promotion of college students' comprehensive quality, and strictly permeates the whole process of education by cultivating innovative talents, thus promoting the benign development of education. This mainly has the following four aspects of enlightenment: first, cultivating the concept level, "individuation" concept throughout the innovative education; second, training the way level, pay attention to the important role of social practice in the training of innovative talents; Third, at the level of education policy, we should establish and perfect the guarantee mechanism of funds and policies for the cultivation of innovative talents, and fourth, create a cultural atmosphere conducive to the growth and development of innovative talents at the level of educating people.
