大学生创业意愿的影响因素及其激发对策分析

【摘要】:基于问卷调查得到的数据,采用Logistic回归模型对大学生创业意愿的影响因素进行了实证分析。结果表明,近七成大学生创业意愿得分很低,只有20%的大学生有创业意愿,大学生创业意愿偏弱;性别、创业经历、社会实践、亲朋创业、家庭支持与创业教育对大学生创业意愿有显著正向影响,家庭所在地、家庭收入、专业、学校层次与创业政策的影响不显著。为了激发大学生创业意愿,推动"大众创业",大学生本人要正确认识自我并积极参加社会实践,家庭要为大学生创业提供力所能及的支持,高校要加强创业教育的硬件与软件建设,政府在完善大学生创业政策的同时应加大宣传力度。
[Abstract]:Based on the data obtained from the questionnaire, the Logistic regression model is used to analyze the influencing factors of college students' willingness to start a business. The results show that nearly 70% of college students have very low entrepreneurial willingness, only 20% of college students have entrepreneurial willingness, and college students' willingness to start a business is on the weak side. Gender, entrepreneurial experience, social practice, family support and entrepreneurship education had significant positive effects on college students' entrepreneurial willingness. The influence of family location, family income, specialty, school level and entrepreneurial policy was not significant. In order to stimulate college students' willingness to start a business and promote "mass entrepreneurship", college students themselves should know themselves correctly and actively participate in social practice, and the family should provide support to college students' entrepreneurship as far as they can. In order to strengthen the construction of hardware and software of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, the government should not only improve the entrepreneurship policy of college students, but also strengthen the propaganda.
