重庆高等师范院校就业指导课教学优化研究

【摘要】:大学生的就业问题一直是社会关注的焦点。随着高校扩招、对教师综合素质的要求不断提高、教师聘用制的改革、教师资格考试改革等多元冲击,给师范生的职业发展与就业带来了新的考验。就业指导课的课堂教学是推进高等师范院校就业指导工作的重要途径。对于高等师范院校而言,聚焦于就业指导课的教学现状研究就显得尤为迫切。本研究主要采用问卷法和访谈法,以重庆市3所高等师范院校师生为调查对象,对重庆市高等师范院校就业指导课的教学现状进行调查。通过对问卷的数据结果和访谈情况进行分析,从而探寻重庆高等师范院校就业指导课教学的现状,分析存在的问题及原因,并针对存在的问题提出解决对策,以期指导一线就业指导课教师的教学,促进师范生的职业发展。第一章:绪论。本章一方面对国内外就业指导课相关研究进行了简单梳理,界定了本研究的核心概念;另一方面阐述了本文的研究背景、研究意义、研究思路和研究方法。第二章:高等师范院校就业指导课教学优化的理论探讨。本章从教学目标、教学内容、教学主体、教学方法和教学评价五个方面对高等师范院校就业指导课教学优化进行了理论探讨,尝试构建其教学现状的分析框架。第三章:重庆高等师范院校就业指导课教学的现状调查研究。本章涉及了调查目的、调查设计与调查结果三个部分。从调查结果来看:(1)总体上重庆高等师范院校就业指导课教学处于中高水平,其中“教学目标”得分最低、教学目标达成情况不理想,教学主体得分最高;(2)重庆高等师范院校就业指导课教学总体情况及其各维度在不同年级存在显著差异;(3)重庆高等师范院校就业指导课教学总体情况、教学目标、教学主体、教学方法和教学评价在学校类型存在显著差异;(4)重庆高等师范院校就业指导课教学总体情况及各维度在专业类型上不存在显著差异;(5)高等师范院校就业指导课的学时、学分与其教学目标、教学内容、教学方法、教学评价之间存在显著相关;(6)重庆高等师范院校就业指导课的教学内容、教学主体、教学方法、教学评价与教学目标的三个维度都存在正向显著相关;教学内容的选择、教学方法的运用、师生课堂的参与、教学评价的多元程度直接影响着教学目标的达成度。第四章:重庆高等师范院校就业指导课教学存在的主要问题及成因分析。本章根据调查结果,结合高等师范院校就业指导课教学的优化理论,分析出重庆高等师范院校就业指导课教学存在的主要问题,并对其成因进行了探讨。第五章:优化重庆高等师范院校就业指导课教学的对策与建议。本章从学校的教学管理、教师专业标准的建立、课程的学科建设三个方面对重庆高等师范院校就业指导课教学优化的外部条件进行了分析。最后基于高等师范院校就业指导课教学优化的外部条件分析,结合其存在的问题及原因分析,提出了相应的对策与建议。
[Abstract]:The employment of college students has always been the focus of social attention. With the expansion of the university, the requirement of the comprehensive quality of the teachers is improved, the reform of the teacher's employment system, the reform of the teacher's qualification examination and so on have brought a new test to the professional development and employment of the normal students. The classroom teaching of the course of employment guidance is an important way to promote the employment guidance in the normal colleges and universities. It is especially urgent to focus on the current situation of teaching in the course of career guidance for normal colleges and universities. This study mainly adopts the questionnaire method and the interview method, and investigates the current situation of the employment guidance course in the higher normal colleges in Chongqing, taking the teachers and students of the three normal colleges and universities in Chongqing as the subject of the investigation. Through the analysis of the data and the interview situation of the questionnaire, the present situation, the existing problems and the causes of the employment guidance course teaching in the higher normal colleges and universities in Chongqing are explored, and the solutions to the existing problems are put forward, with a view to guiding the teaching of the teachers in the first-line employment guidance course. To promote the professional development of normal students. The first chapter: introduction. On the one hand, this chapter makes a brief analysis of the related research of the domestic and foreign employment guidance classes, and defines the core concept of the research; on the other hand, the research background, the research significance, the research thoughts and the research methods are set forth. The second chapter: the theoretical study of the teaching optimization of the employment guidance course in the normal university. This chapter, from the five aspects of the teaching goal, the teaching content, the subject of teaching, the teaching method and the teaching evaluation, has carried on the theoretical discussion on the teaching optimization of the vocational guidance course of the normal university, and tried to construct the analysis framework of its teaching status. The third chapter: the research of the current situation of the teaching of the employment guidance in the normal university of chongqing. This chapter covers the purpose of the investigation, the investigation of the three parts of the design and the investigation. From the results of the investigation, (1) In general, the teaching of vocational guidance in higher normal colleges in Chongqing is at a high level, in which the "teaching goal" score is the lowest, the achievement of the teaching goal is not ideal, and the score of the teaching body is the highest; (2) There is a significant difference in the overall situation and the different dimensions of the employment guidance class in the higher normal colleges in Chongqing; (3) the overall situation, the teaching goal and the teaching main body of the employment guidance course in the higher normal colleges and universities in Chongqing; The teaching method and the teaching evaluation have significant difference in the school type; (4) there is no significant difference in the overall situation of the employment guidance class in the higher normal college of Chongqing and there is no significant difference in the professional type; (5) the class hours, the credits and the teaching objectives of the employment guidance class in the normal colleges and universities; There is a significant correlation between the teaching content, the teaching method and the teaching evaluation; (6) the teaching content, the teaching main body, the teaching method, the teaching evaluation and the teaching goal of the vocational guidance course of the higher normal college in Chongqing are positively related; the selection of the teaching content, The application of the teaching method, the participation of the teachers and students and the multi-degree of the teaching evaluation directly influence the achievement of the teaching goal. The fourth chapter: the main problems and causes of the teaching of the employment guidance in the higher normal colleges in Chongqing. Based on the results of the investigation, this chapter analyzes the main problems in the teaching of the employment guidance in the higher normal college of Chongqing, and discusses the cause of the teaching. The fifth chapter: to optimize the strategies and suggestions for the teaching of the employment guidance in the higher normal colleges in Chongqing. This chapter analyses the external conditions of the teaching optimization of the employment guidance course of Chongqing's normal university from three aspects: the teaching management of the school, the establishment of the professional standard of the teachers and the subject construction of the course. Finally, based on the external condition analysis of the teaching optimization of the employment guidance class in the normal university, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in combination with the existing problems and the reasons.
