当代大学生先进典型选树研究

【摘要】：高校大学生正处在人生成长的关键时期。一方面知识体系搭建尚未完成,另一方面价值观塑造尚未成型。在经济全球化的大环境下,大学生又极易受到各种不良思想的影响。而以大学生身边的先进典型来引领大学生,对他们的健康成长具有重要促进作用。事实证明,选拔和树立大学生先进典型,是思想政治教育中典型引路方法的具体实践,是用典型的力量有效促进大学生成为德才兼备、全面发展的人的好方法。但是,当前高校大学生先进典型选树出现了典型选拔方式不民主、典型示范性不足等问题,使得大学生先进典型的引导和示范作用呈弱化趋势。因此,在现阶段,如何进行大学生先进典型选树成为了高校德育研究所面临的问题。为此,本文对此进行了深入研究。论文共分四个部分:第一部分对大学生先进典型选树的内涵进行阐释和界定,在此研究基础上,提出典型选树的马克思主义理论、教育学、心理学和管理学理论支撑。并结合时代背景和高校思想政治教育现状,提出了典型选树的现实意义。第二部分通过发放调查问卷,对当代大学生先进典型认知状况进行调查分析,发现大学生愿意学习身边的先进典型、参与评选的意愿与行为存在反差、宣传方式需要创新等。第三部分从宏观层面总结大学生先进典型选树的现状,梳理出目前高校选树的大学生先进典型分类趋于多样化、选树理念注重创新创业的成绩,探究发现典型选树仍存在选树典型意识不强、选拔方式不民主、典型的示范性不足等问题,并进一步分析得出原因。第四部分提出大学生先进典型选树的六项原则、端正大学生先进典型选树的态度、通过健全完善的先进典型选树机制方面来探索解决路径,其观点对目前高校思想政治教育起到一定借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:College students are in a critical period of life growth. On the one hand, the construction of knowledge system has not been completed, on the other hand, the shaping of values has not Under the environment of economic globalization, college students are vulnerable to the influence of various bad thoughts. To guide college students with advanced models around them plays an important role in promoting their healthy growth. Facts have proved that selecting and setting up advanced model of college students is the concrete practice of typical guiding methods in ideological and political education, and a good method to effectively promote college students to be both moral and talented and to develop in an all-round way with typical strength. However, at present, the typical selection methods of college students are not democratic and the typical demonstration is insufficient, which makes the guidance and demonstration function of the advanced typical college students tend to be weakened. Therefore, at the present stage, how to carry on the advanced typical tree selection of college students has become a problem faced by the moral education research institute of colleges and universities. For this reason, this paper has carried on the in-depth research to this. The thesis is divided into four parts: the first part explains and defines the connotation of advanced typical tree selection of college students. On the basis of this research, it puts forward the support of Marxist theory, pedagogy, psychology and management theory of typical tree selection. Combined with the background of the times and the current situation of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, this paper puts forward the practical significance of selecting a typical tree. In the second part, through the investigation and analysis of contemporary college students' advanced typical cognitive situation, it is found that the college students are willing to learn the advanced typical models around them, the willingness to participate in the selection and the behavior of participating in the selection are different, and the propaganda methods need to be innovated and so on. The third part summarizes the status quo of college students' advanced typical tree selection from the macro-level, combs out the current college students' advanced typical classification of tree selection tends to be diversified, and pays attention to the achievements of innovation and entrepreneurship in the concept of tree selection. It is found that there are still some problems in typical tree selection, such as weak consciousness of tree selection, undemocratic selection mode, lack of typical demonstration, and further analysis of the reasons. The fourth part puts forward six principles of college students' advanced typical tree selection, corrects the attitude of college students' advanced typical tree selection, and explores the way to solve the problem by perfecting the mechanism of advanced typical tree selection. Its point of view to the current ideological and political education in colleges and universities play a certain reference significance.
