大学生实习满意度、创业自我效能对其创业潜能的影响研究

【摘要】:学生可以通过参与校外实习,深入了解产业需求与市场脉动,增进专业知识与技能,激发创业知觉。因此,探讨学生在校外实习满意度、创业自我效能与创业潜能间的关系,了解校外实习满意度是否能激发学生在未来创业的知觉,进而对创业潜能的影响有重要的意义。采用问卷调查方式,以福建省5所应用型本科院校本科生为对象进行研究,结果显示:大学生的校外实习满意度显著正向影响创业自我效能,创业自我效能显著正向影响创业潜能。此外,在校外实习满意度与创业潜能的关系之间,创业自我效能具有中介效果。
[Abstract]:By participating in out-of-school internships, students can deeply understand the industrial demand and market pulsation, improve their professional knowledge and skills, and stimulate the perception of entrepreneurship. Therefore, it is of great significance to probe into the relationship between students' satisfaction degree in off-campus practice, entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial potential, and to understand whether out-of-school internship satisfaction can stimulate students' perception of starting a business in the future, and thus have an important effect on entrepreneurial potential. The questionnaire was used to study the undergraduate students of five applied undergraduate colleges in Fujian Province. The results showed that the satisfaction degree of college students' out-of-school practice had a significant positive effect on entrepreneurial self-efficacy. Entrepreneurial self-efficacy has a significant positive impact on entrepreneurial potential. In addition, entrepreneurial self-efficacy has intermediary effect between out-of-school internship satisfaction and entrepreneurial potential.
