高校创新创业教育的实践育人机制探究

【摘要】:研究高校创新创业教育的实践育人机制意义重大,学习其他国家世界一流大学创新创业教育的成功经验有利于我国造就富有创新精神、敢于承担风险的创新创业人才队伍。美国加州3所知名高校从创新创业教育课程、校友支持网络、创业协会和组织以及学校政策等方面构成良好的创新创业育人机制。这些成功经验对我国高校创新创业教育起到积极的借鉴作用,可以从人才培养顶层设计、创新创业课程、实践育人的内生活力、创新创业生态圈等方面优化我国高校创新创业教育的实践育人机制。
[Abstract]:It is of great significance to study the practical education mechanism of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities. Learning from the successful experience of innovation and entrepreneurship education in world-class universities in other countries is helpful for our country to bring up innovative talents who are full of innovative spirit and dare to bear the risks. Three well-known colleges and universities in California form a good mechanism of innovation and entrepreneurship education from the aspects of innovation and entrepreneurship education courses, alumni support network, entrepreneurship associations and organizations, as well as school policies. These successful experiences can be used as a positive reference for the innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities in our country, which can be used for reference from the top-level design of personnel training, the innovation and entrepreneurship curriculum, and the practice of educating people. The ecological circle of innovation and entrepreneurship should optimize the practical education mechanism of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities in China.
