高校思想政治理论课吸引力问题研究

【摘要】:习近平总书记在全国高校思想政治工作会议上强调,“高校思想政治工作关系高校培养什么样的人、如何培养人以及为谁培养人这个根本问题。要坚持把立德树人作为中心环节,把思想政治工作贯穿教育教学全过程,实现全程育人、全方位育人,努力开创我国高等教育事业发展新局面。”我们党和国家历来重视高校的思想政治教育工作,把对大学生的思想政治教育提高到为中国特色社会主义事业培养可靠接班人的战略高度。作为大学生思想政治教育主渠道的思想政治理论课,它的建设发展情况又会直接影响大学生思想政治教育的实效。新时期,面对思想政治理论课出现的问题与困境,党和国家也明确提出把思想政治理论课建设成为学生真心喜爱、终身受益的课程。可以说,增强高校思想政治理论课的吸引力已是应有之义。因此,对高校思想政治理论课吸引力进行全面考量和深入研究,具有重要的理论意义和实践价值。本论文首先在对高校思想政治理论课、吸引力等相关概念梳理的基础上,确认了高校思想政治理论课吸引力是一种能引导大学生积极主动地投入到思想政治理论课教学中,并能自觉认同和践行教学内容的力量。本论文对该问题的研究主要从“应然”、“实然”、“适然”三个方面展开,在应然层面上论证高校思想政治理论课吸引力的构成要素、本质特征、评估指标,旨在为增强思想政治理论课吸引力确立正确的价值导向。在实然层面上,通过实地调查与资料分析,发现许多大学生在思想政治理论课的学习中,存在课前基本不预习、课堂表现较懒散、课后作业不积极、课程反馈评价低的问题,以此折射出高校思想政治理论课对于大学生而言吸引力不足的现状,并在此基础上从教育者、教育对象、教学目标、教学内容、教学方法、教学环境等角度分析总结原因。最后,根据高校思想政治理论课吸引力的应然要求,并针对高校思想政治理论课吸引力的实然现状,在坚持方向性、求实行、系统性、可行性原则的基础上,重视思想政治理论课教师的专业发展、提高当代大学生的主体意识、明确思想政治理论课的教学目标、完善思想政治理论课的教学内容、改进思想政治理论课的教学方法、优化思想政治理论课的教学环境,以此增强思想政治理论课的吸引力,即在适然之策中探索解决高校思想政治理论课吸引力在“实然”现状与“应然”要求之间的矛盾与落差。
[Abstract]:General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed at the National Conference on ideological and political work in Colleges and Universities, "ideological and political work in colleges and universities is related to what kind of people colleges and universities cultivate, how to train people and for whom to train people. We should persist in taking Li de tree as the central link, run the ideological and political work through the whole process of education and teaching, realize the whole process of educating people, educate people in an all-round way, and strive to create a new situation in the development of higher education in our country. " Our party and country have always attached importance to the ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and raised the ideological and political education for college students to the strategic height of cultivating reliable successors for the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics. As the main channel of ideological and political education for college students, the construction and development of ideological and political education will directly affect the effectiveness of ideological and political education for college students. In the new period, in the face of the problems and dilemmas in the course of ideological and political theory, the Party and the state have also clearly put forward that the course of ideological and political theory should be built into a course that students really love and benefit for life. It can be said that it is necessary to enhance the attractiveness of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities. Therefore, it is of great theoretical significance and practical value to comprehensively consider and deeply study the attractiveness of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities. First of all, on the basis of combing the related concepts of ideological and political theory course and attraction in colleges and universities, this paper confirms that the attraction of ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities can guide college students to actively invest in the teaching of ideological and political theory course. And can consciously identify and practice the power of teaching content. In this paper, the research on this problem is mainly carried out from three aspects: "should be", "actual" and "suitable", and demonstrates the constituent elements, essential characteristics and evaluation indexes of the attraction of ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities at the appropriate level. The purpose of this paper is to establish the correct value orientation for enhancing the attraction of ideological and political theory course. On the practical level, through field investigation and data analysis, it is found that many college students have some problems in the study of ideological and political theory, such as lack of preview before class, lazy classroom performance, not active homework after class, and low feedback and evaluation of curriculum. This reflects the present situation that the ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities is not attractive to college students, and on this basis, analyzes and summarizes the reasons from the angles of educators, educational objects, teaching objectives, teaching contents, teaching methods, teaching environment and so on. Finally, according to the requirements of the attraction of ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities, and in view of the actual situation of the attraction of ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities, on the basis of insisting on the principle of directivity, seeking implementation, systematicness and feasibility, Attach importance to the professional development of ideological and political theory teachers, improve the subject consciousness of contemporary college students, clarify the teaching objectives of ideological and political theory course, perfect the teaching content of ideological and political theory course, and improve the teaching method of ideological and political theory course. To optimize the teaching environment of ideological and political theory course, in order to enhance the attraction of ideological and political theory course, that is, to explore and solve the contradiction and gap between the present situation of ideological and political theory course and the requirement of "should be" in colleges and universities.
