法国大学外部治理权力的历史嬗变与价值追求
[Abstract]:Taking the change of decision-making power of external stakeholders participating in university governance as the key point of view, taking the development history of the University of France and the reform of relevant universities as the analysis object, the paper discusses the historical trend and the development trend of the change of the external governance power of the French university. We can find that the process of the historical change of the external governance power of the French university is the process of finding the balance of control and self-government, and the multi-element co-governance model of the social participation is the realistic choice of the governance structure of the modern university in France.
