当代大学生经济诚信问题研究

【摘要】：在经济快速发展的今天,大学生参与社会经济活动的意识和行为逐步增强,在社会经济活动中的作用也越发明显,大学生经济诚信不仅关乎国民文化素质,还关系到经济社会的可持续发展。研究大学生经济诚信问题,对于大学生诚信体系建设以及改善社会经济诚信问题具有较重要的现实意义和应用价值。本文将“当代大学生经济诚信问题”作为研究主题,以我国传统的诚信思想、马克思主义诚信思想以及社会主义核心价值观蕴含的诚信思想作为理论指导,综合运用文献分析法、系统分析法等研究方法,对我国当代大学生经济诚信问题展开系统研究与分析。首先,本文对大学生经济诚信的相关概念进行了界定。指出经济诚信包含两方面特性,其既是一种道德规范,同时也是一种制度伦理要求。大学生经济诚信包括信守契约、不恶意拖欠学费、及时偿还贷款与信用卡、不编造虚假材料骗取国家助学金、不为了一己私利而损害他人与集体的利益等内容。其次,分析了当代大学生经济诚信的现状,剖析了当代大学生在经济诚信方面存在的问题,具体表现为经济诚信意识淡薄、经济诚信行为偏差,包含伪造贫困证明、有贷不还、拖欠学费、网络欺骗和恶意消费信用卡等方面。并指出了这些问题不利于大学生自身的健康成长、不利于高校教育目标的实现、不利于社会的长远发展等影响。再次,通过分析社会、学校、家庭等外部因素和大学生自身的内部因素两方面原因,指出社会经济诚信缺失的不良影响、社会舆论对大学生经济诚信问题的监督不到位、大学生经济诚信教育不到位、大学生经济诚信的奖惩与评价机制不健全、家庭诚信教育薄弱、父母未能树立良好的诚信榜样六点外部因素,以及大学生未树立正确的经济诚信观、部分大学生为了个人利益最大化而放弃经济诚信、大学生对经济诚信认知存在偏差三点内部因素,共同导致了当代大学生经济诚信问题。最后,结合实际提出大学生经济诚信问题的相关对策及建议。一是要发挥媒体的正向引导作用,加强信用监督和管理。二是要发挥思想政治理论课的教育功能,营造良好的校园经济诚信氛围,重视开展经济诚信知行合一的实践活动,重视经济诚信榜样的示范教育,强化学校对大学生经济诚信教育。三是家长要引导子女树立正确的经济诚信观,关心和督促子女的经济诚信行为,重视家庭经济诚信教育的作用。四是要引导大学生群体树立正确的世界观、人生观、价值观,遵守经济诚信的行为规范,提高大学生自身的经济诚信道德修养,从而构成应对当代大学生经济诚信问题的对策体系。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy today, the consciousness and behavior of college students participating in social and economic activities are gradually enhanced, and their role in social and economic activities is becoming more and more obvious. The economic integrity of college students is not only related to the cultural quality of the people. It is also related to the sustainable development of economy and society. The study of college students' economic integrity is of great practical significance and application value for the construction of college students' honesty system and the improvement of social and economic integrity. This paper takes "the problem of economic integrity of contemporary college students" as the research topic, and takes the traditional thought of honesty and credit in our country, Marxist thought of honesty and credit and the thought of honesty and credit contained in the core values of socialism as the theoretical guidance. By using the methods of literature analysis and system analysis, this paper systematically studies and analyzes the economic integrity of contemporary college students in China. First of all, this paper defines the related concepts of economic integrity of college students. It is pointed out that economic integrity consists of two characteristics, which is not only a moral norm, but also a requirement of institutional ethics. The economic integrity of college students includes abiding to the contract, not maliciously defaulting on tuition fees, repaying loans and credit cards in time, not fabricating false materials to defraud state bursaries, and not harming the interests of others and collectives for their own personal interests. Secondly, it analyzes the present situation of the economic integrity of contemporary college students, and analyzes the problems existing in the economic integrity of contemporary college students, which are manifested in the weak consciousness of economic integrity, the deviation of economic integrity behavior, including the forgery of poverty proof and the non-repayment of loans. Defaulting on tuition fees, online deception and malicious consumption of credit cards and so on. It is pointed out that these problems are not conducive to the healthy growth of college students themselves, to the realization of educational goals in colleges and universities, and to the long-term development of society. Thirdly, by analyzing the external factors such as society, school, family and the internal factors of college students themselves, this paper points out the negative influence of the lack of social and economic integrity, and the supervision of public opinion on the economic integrity of college students is not in place. The economic integrity education of college students is not in place, the reward, punishment and evaluation mechanism of college students' economic integrity is not perfect, the family integrity education is weak, and the parents have failed to set a good example of honesty and credit six external factors. And college students do not establish a correct view of economic integrity, some college students give up economic integrity in order to maximize their personal interests, there are three internal factors in college students' cognition of economic integrity, which leads to the problem of economic integrity of contemporary college students. Finally, combined with the actual situation, this paper puts forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions on the economic integrity of college students. First, we should give full play to the positive guiding role of the media and strengthen credit supervision and management. Second, it is necessary to give full play to the educational function of the ideological and political theory course, create a good atmosphere of economic integrity on campus, attach importance to the practical activities of the integration of knowledge and practice of economic integrity, and attach importance to the demonstration education of the example of economic integrity. Strengthen the economic integrity education of college students. Third, parents should guide their children to establish a correct view of economic integrity, care for and urge their children's economic integrity behavior, and attach importance to the role of family economic integrity education. Fourth, it is necessary to guide the group of college students to establish a correct world outlook, outlook on life, values, abide by the code of conduct of economic integrity, and improve the moral cultivation of economic integrity of college students themselves. Thus constitute the countermeasures system to deal with the problem of economic integrity of contemporary college students.
