新形势下大学生法律意识的培养方法研究

【摘要】：自党的十八大以来,法治中国成为时代主题。2014年10月,中国共产党在十八届四中全会上提出全面推进依法治国,建设具有中国特色的社会主义法治体系,建设社会主义法治国家。大学生群体具有相对较高的科学文化素质,是中国社会主义现代化建设的核心力量。在全面依法治国新形势下,大学生也是全面依法治国的重要主体,大学生的法律意识素养对推动全面依法治国起着关键作用。当前大学生群体整体上具备了一定的法律意识,但还存在诸多问题,比如部分大学生法律意识淡薄、法律知识缺乏、法律信仰缺失、法律思维淡漠,违法犯罪事件时有发生等。这些问题影响了大学生的健康成长,不利于大学生顺利融入法治社会。这些问题的存在与当前大学生法律意识培养方法存在不足之间有密切关系。在全面依法治国的新形势下,改进和完善大学生的法律意识培养方法能够引导他们逐步形成健康、和谐的生活方式,并对他们将来的就业、工作方式及生活理念等产生直接或间接的深远影响。本论文以新形势下全面依法治国为背景,针对大学生法律意识的培养方法问题进行了具体研究。论文首先阐述了全面依法治国与大学生法律意识之间的关系,接着就大学生法律意识的概念、内涵以及加强大学生法律意识的必要性进行了分析。然后以当代大学生法律意识现状调查数据为依据,检讨了当前我国大学生法律意识培养方面存在的诸多问题与矛盾之处,并深入分析了问题存在的原因。随后也分析了国际和港澳台地区在校大学生法律意识培养领域积累的经验与教训。最后,在上述分析基础上详细探讨了改进当代大学生法律意识的具体培养方法与途径。
[Abstract]:Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC), the rule of law in China has become the theme of the times. In October 2014, the Communist Party of China proposed at the fourth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee to comprehensively promote the rule of law according to law, build a socialist rule of law system with Chinese characteristics, and build a socialist country ruled by law. College students have relatively high scientific and cultural quality, which is the core force of socialist modernization in China. Under the new situation of ruling the country according to law, college students are also an important subject of ruling the country according to law, and the legal consciousness literacy of college students plays a key role in promoting the overall rule of law. At present, the group of college students has certain legal consciousness as a whole, but there are still many problems, such as the weak legal consciousness of some college students, the lack of legal knowledge, the lack of legal belief, the indifference of legal thinking, the occurrence of illegal and criminal incidents and so on. These problems affect the healthy growth of college students and are not conducive to the smooth integration of college students into the society ruled by law. The existence of these problems is closely related to the shortcomings of the current methods of cultivating college students' legal consciousness. Under the new situation of ruling the country according to law in an all-round way, improving and perfecting the methods of cultivating college students' legal consciousness can guide them to gradually form a healthy and harmonious way of life, and have a direct or indirect far-reaching influence on their future employment, working style and life concept. Based on the background of ruling the country according to law under the new situation, this paper makes a concrete study on the cultivation methods of college students' legal consciousness. This paper first expounds the relationship between the comprehensive rule of law and the legal consciousness of college students, and then analyzes the concept and connotation of college students' legal consciousness and the necessity of strengthening college students' legal consciousness. Then, based on the investigation data of the present situation of contemporary college students' legal consciousness, this paper reviews many problems and contradictions in the cultivation of college students' legal consciousness in our country, and deeply analyzes the causes of the problems. Then it also analyzes the experience and lessons accumulated in the field of legal awareness training of college students in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. Finally, on the basis of the above analysis, this paper discusses in detail the concrete methods and ways to improve the legal consciousness of contemporary college students.
