我国地方普通本科院校转型发展实践路径探析

【摘要】：地方普通本科院校转型发展是深化我国高等教育供给侧改革、破解高等教育结构性难题的深层次变革。其主要实践路径是:突破传统格局,进行多样化探索;明晰人才培养目标和规格,重视内涵发展和师资队伍建设,提高应用型人才培养质量;处理好学科与专业、职业教育与普通教育以及政府、高校与市场的关系。
[Abstract]:The transformation and development of local ordinary undergraduate colleges and universities is a deep-seated reform to deepen the supply-side reform of higher education and solve the structural problems of higher education. The main practical paths are: break through the traditional pattern, explore diversification, clarify the objectives and specifications of talent training, attach importance to the development of connotation and the construction of teaching staff, improve the quality of applied talent training, and deal with the relationship between discipline and specialty, vocational education and general education, as well as the relationship between government, colleges and universities and the market.
