省域高校教育信息化发展水平评估研究
[Abstract]:The informatization of university education is an important part of the development of educational informatization in our country, which is of great significance to innovate the mode of talent training in colleges and universities and to improve the level of scientific research and management in colleges and universities. At present, some achievements have been made in the construction of educational informatization in colleges and universities in our country, but due to the restriction and influence of economic level, policy support, institutional planning and other practical factors, there are many problems in the overall development of educational informatization in colleges and universities. In this case, it is necessary to carry out the evaluation and research of educational informatization in colleges and universities, and objectively understand and analyze the present situation and existing problems of the development of educational informatization in colleges and universities. Only in this way can we put forward countermeasures and suggestions to guide and promote the healthy, rapid and sustainable development of educational informatization in colleges and universities. This paper analyzes and summarizes the development, evaluation items, index system and calculation methods of educational informatization evaluation in colleges and universities at home and abroad. Based on the main contents of the development of educational informatization in the Ten-year Development Plan of Educational Informatization (20112020), and drawing lessons from the research results of relevant literature, this paper constructs the evaluation index system of the development level of educational informatization in colleges and universities in provinces and regions. This paper makes an empirical study on the development level of educational informatization in colleges and universities in provinces and regions by using the grey comprehensive evaluation method, and makes a comparative analysis on the development of each province (city) from each dimension by using cluster analysis method and difference coefficient calculation method. In order to further study the constituent elements of differences, the development differences of the three regions in the east, middle and west are measured by Tyre index, and the contribution of regional differences to the overall differences is quantified. Combined with the evaluation results and multi-directional comparative study, this paper summarizes the different development models of educational informatization in colleges and universities, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the sustainable development of educational informatization in colleges and universities. From the point of view of the comprehensive level of educational informatization in colleges and universities, Guangdong and Shandong Province have the best development, Chongqing, Henan and Tianjin are the second, while Guangxi, Gansu, Shanxi and other provinces have weak development. From the five dimensions of educational informatization in colleges and universities, the development of digital resources is the best, followed by management informatization and resource application, while the development of infrastructure and mechanism guarantee is the weakest. From the provincial level of educational informatization in colleges and universities, the development gap between provinces (cities) in comprehensive level and infrastructure is small, followed by management informatization and resource application, while in digital resources and mechanism guarantee, the development gap between provinces is relatively large. Further from the regional level, the differences between the east, the middle and the west have a great influence on the overall differences, and the differences in the east, where the comprehensive level is the best, are the most serious.
