地方高校教师信息素养研究
[Abstract]:With the development of educational information, local colleges and universities need to have a large number of professional teachers with information literacy. Since the development of local colleges and universities depends mainly on the support of the local provincial government, there is no special policy and economic support of the local colleges and universities, and more problems can be encountered in the field of the development of teachers' information literacy. Therefore, this paper focuses on the research of the information literacy of the local university teachers, which is based on the performance expectation of the original UTAUT model, the expectation of effort, the influence of the community and the convenience of the four variables of the original UTAUT model, and the attitude of the information technology is increased. Based on the three new variables of self-efficacy and anxiety, the model of local university teachers' acceptance and adoption of information technology is constructed, and the research framework and hypothesis are set up according to the model. In the process of implementation, the questionnaire was modified and perfected through a small-scale pre-investigation, and a large-scale formal investigation was carried out by the questionnaire method. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, reliability and validity, and multi-group structural equation model. Based on the results of the empirical research, it is necessary to improve the performance of the local university teachers to the information technology, to improve the efforts of the local university teachers to the information technology, to change the attitude of the local university teachers to the information technology, and to change the influence of the local university teachers on the information technology. To provide the local university teachers with the conditions of information technology, to enhance the self-efficacy of the local teachers in the information technology and to standardize the information ethics of the local teachers.
