大学生非理性就业决策问题的分析与应对

【摘要】:近年来,我国高校毕业生就业形势持续严峻,其中结构性矛盾是当前高校毕业生就业面临的瓶颈问题之一,这一问题的产生很大程度上源于大学生非理性就业决策的存在,因此,加强大学生非理性就业决策问题的研究迫在眉睫。美国心理学家赫伯特·西蒙和丹尼尔·卡尼曼的杰出贡献使得经济学在经过与行为学、心理学、决策学甚至脑科学的综合之后,人们开始认识到人类的决策行为并非完全遵从理性,而是常常表现出非理性偏差。大学生就业决策亦是如此,如就业决策的锚定效应、沉没成本谬误、框架效应、从众效应等。为改善和克服这些非理性就业决策行为,高校需要采取如提高学生的元认知水平、拓宽就业信息的获取与发布渠道、加强学生的就业决策训练等针对性措施。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the employment situation of college graduates in our country continues to be grim, among which the structural contradiction is one of the bottleneck problems faced by the employment of college graduates at present. To a large extent, this problem originates from the existence of irrational employment decisions of college students. Therefore, it is urgent to strengthen the research on irrational employment decisions of college students. The outstanding contributions of American psychologists Herbert Simon and Daniel Kaniman make economics realize that after integrating with behavior, psychology, decision-making and even brain science, people begin to realize that human decision-making behavior does not fully comply with rationality, but often shows irrational deviation. The same is true of college students' employment decisions, such as anchoring effect, sunk cost fallacy, frame effect, conformity effect and so on. In order to improve and overcome these irrational employment decision-making behaviors, colleges and universities need to take targeted measures such as improving students' metacognition level, widening the channels of obtaining and publishing employment information, and strengthening students' employment decision-making training.
