西南交通大学音乐专业学生就业能力研究

【摘要】:我国大学扩招导致大学毕业生人数逐年增长。据我国教育部发布数据显示,2016年全国高校毕业生765万人,比上年增加16万人,创下历史新高。大学毕业生规模的扩大虽然提高了大众平均教育水平,但与此同时引发了大学生就业问题。与其它专业相比,我国艺术专业大学生就业情况更值得担忧。麦可思发布的2012年和2013年《中国大学生就业报告》显示,我国2011届本科毕业半年后的失业率排在前两位的专业分别为美术学(1.56%)和音乐学(1.5%),2012届音乐表演专业本科生就业率为8.59%,处于就业率最低榜单上第二位。面对如此严峻就业现实,如何在现有基础上大力改善大学音乐专业毕业生就业现状,就成为了高校的艺术教育工作者迫在眉睫的问题。我国不少学者对大学音乐专业毕业生就业方面进行了分析和研究,但这些研究的内容和形式还停留在就业指导、就业服务等经验和理论层面,从就业能力角度来进行分析的研究很少,并且缺乏相关实证研究,以至于所提出的相关建议并不具有针对性。本文以西南交通大学音乐专业就业实际情况为例,通过问卷调查及多元统计方法定量分析了毕业生就业能力的大小和影响因素,并提出具有针对性、符合实际情况的改进方法和实现途径,以提升音乐系在校学生的就业能力。本文的研究不仅丰富了相关研究领域并且具有一定现实意义。本文的研究内容由五部分组成。第一部分是论文的第一章,主要说明本文的选题背景和意义、研究方法和论文采取的研究技术路线。第二部是论文的第二章,交代了主要概念、借鉴的相关理论以及对已有相关研究进行了文献综述。该部分的目的主要是在了解现有研究成果对就业能力以及构成分析的基础上,提出本文对就业能力的定义及就业能力构成要素,为下一步定量评价就业能力提供文献支撑。第三部分是论文的第三章,根据已有研究成果,结合对学生和企业的访谈分析确定了音乐专业毕业生的就业能力构成,并构建了相应的评价指标体系,为下一步的问卷编制及分析提供了理论基础。第四部分由第四章和第五章构成,以西南交通大学为例对音乐专业毕业生就业能力进行了实证分析,了解了该校音乐专业毕业生就业能力构成中的不足之处,最后结合学生和教授访谈,分析了该校音乐专业毕业生就业能力不高的原因。并提出了提高西南交通大学音乐专业毕业生就业能力的建议和措施。第五部分是是论文的结论。该部分对论文的分析进行了总结,并指出了论文的研究不足。
[Abstract]:The expansion of university enrollment in China leads to the increase of the number of college graduates year by year. According to data released by China's Ministry of Education, 7.65 million college graduates nationwide in 2016, an increase of 160000 over the previous year, a record high. Although the expansion of the scale of college graduates has improved the average level of public education, but at the same time, it has led to the employment problem of college students. Compared with other majors, the employment situation of art college students in China is more worrying. According to the 2012 and 2013 Employment reports of Chinese College students released by Max, the unemployment rate of the 2011 undergraduate students in China ranked first six months after graduation in fine arts (1.56%) and musicology (1.5%). The employment rate of the 2012 major in music performance was 8.59%, ranking second on the lowest employment rate. In the face of such a severe employment reality, how to improve the employment situation of college music graduates on the existing basis has become an urgent problem for art educators in colleges and universities. Many scholars in our country have analyzed and studied the employment of college music graduates, but the contents and forms of these studies are still in the employment guidance, employment service and other experience and theoretical level, from the perspective of employability to carry out analysis is very few, and lack of relevant empirical research, so that the relevant suggestions are not targeted. Taking the actual employment situation of music major in Southwest Jiaotong University as an example, this paper quantitatively analyzes the size and influencing factors of graduates' employment ability through questionnaire survey and multivariate statistical method, and puts forward some improvement methods and realization ways with pertinence and in line with the actual situation in order to improve the employment ability of music students in school. The research in this paper not only enriches the related research fields, but also has certain practical significance. The research content of this paper consists of five parts. The first part is the first chapter of the paper, which mainly explains the background and significance of this topic, the research methods and the research technical route adopted in the paper. The second part is the second chapter of the paper, which explains the main concepts, draws lessons from the relevant theories and makes a literature review of the existing related research. The purpose of this part is to put forward the definition of employability and the constituent elements of employability on the basis of understanding the existing research results on the basis of the analysis of employability, so as to provide literature support for the next step of quantitative evaluation of employability. The third part is the third chapter of the paper. According to the existing research results, combined with the interview and analysis of students and enterprises, the composition of the employability of music graduates is determined, and the corresponding evaluation index system is constructed, which provides a theoretical basis for the next step of questionnaire compilation and analysis. The fourth part is composed of the fourth chapter and the fifth chapter. Taking Southwest Jiaotong University as an example, this paper makes an empirical analysis on the employment ability of the music graduates, understands the shortcomings in the composition of the employment ability of the music graduates of the university, and finally analyzes the reasons for the low employment ability of the music graduates of the university combined with the interviews between the students and the professors. Some suggestions and measures are put forward to improve the employment ability of music graduates from Southwest Jiaotong University. The fifth part is the conclusion of the paper. This part summarizes the analysis of the paper and points out the shortcomings of the paper.
