H学院发展战略研究
[Abstract]:As we all know, private colleges and universities are established to adapt to social development, reform and opening up, market economy, enterprise reform, personnel concept, educational reform and other factors. It is not only the product of social development, but also the return of the essence of education. At a time when private higher education is in full swing, it has created a high-speed competition in the industry of private colleges and universities, and also contributed to all kinds of competitions between private colleges and universities. Generally speaking, private colleges and universities do not have significant advantages in this regard. At the same time, facing the health problems of long-term survival and sustainable development, we can see that for them, how to find a way forward that is conducive to their long-term development and promotion is particularly critical and important. Under the changing situation, the private education in colleges and universities should adopt strategic planning, construct and perfect the connotation, improve the teaching level and gain the advantage to cope with the competition. H College was upgraded to higher vocational college in 2003 on the basis of automobile technical secondary school in 1995, and became one of many higher vocational colleges. In 2014, it was upgraded to undergraduate college. Become a member of the transition of ordinary undergraduate colleges and universities. The rapid development of H College is obvious to all. In recent years, private colleges and universities enrollment cold current hit the heart, four difficulties. Although the enrollment crisis of private colleges and universities is on the surface under the influence of the macro situation and the embodiment of the market law, but in essence, it is an inevitable product, private colleges and universities must define the development ideas and strategic choices. In the face of more and more serious difficulties, this paper takes H College as the research object, and uses the theory and method of strategic management to think, plan and reform. Under the guidance of PEST analysis, this paper discusses the political background and legal atmosphere, economic situation, technical level and cultural situation around H College by using the theory and method of strategic management, and probes into the situation of the industry by using the method of "five forces model". Under the guidance of SWOT method, this paper probes into the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and challenges that are beneficial to its own development and its own development, and finally gives the future development plan and strategy determination of the college, so as to improve the brand influence. Pay attention to top-level design, strengthen connotation construction, promote professional management, strengthen modern financing, support marketing enrollment and other measures to improve the quality of running schools, avoid risks and maintain development.
