从期待到现实:大学生体面就业研究

【摘要】:经济全球化推动着经济、社会不断发展,体面就业也从部分人头脑中的理念逐渐演变为越来越多的人认可的现实目标。因为大学生是我国社会主义建设力量的重要新生力量,在大学生就业率不高的问题已经逐步达成了共识并正向逐步缓解的轨道推进之时,如何提高大学生就业质量就成为必须积极面对和认真思考的问题。因此,大学生体面工作、优雅生活既是反映大学生就业质量的重要指标,也是需要国家、用人单位、社会和大学生自己共同努力来努力实现的高等教育改革和社会发展的重要目标。严格说,要实现大学生从充分就业向体面就业的飞跃,我们首先要绘制一张大学生体面就业的蓝图,并由此观照现实,最终找到起点和目标之间的合适路径。通过对现实情况的认真深入分析和研究发现,因社会常规就业岗位相对有限,现有大学毕业生选择灵活就业或者选择进入私营企业工作的越来越多,这些岗位不够稳定,待遇不高,工作环境不够理想,用工行为不够规范,大学生职业成长的助推机制较弱。有鉴于此,这些大学生从某种意义上说,只是实现了充分就业,他们的就业现状与真正意义上的体面就业还存在一定差距。因为体面就业是一个比较复杂的工程,想让大学生体面就业成为客观可感的社会现实,它需要政府、企业、高校和所有大学生一同努力。政府相关部门需在就业相关政策与体制方面健全并规范灵活就业的相关规定;增加对法律体系的完善,全面维护在灵活就业岗位上的劳动者的权益;着力推动经济的发展,提高劳动者的报酬水平。用人单位需要规范自身的行为,严格参照合理的用人标准,为大学生提供良好的就业环境。大学生自身则需要不断调整就业观念,在校期间要不断充实自己的就业能力,积极主动的为自己寻找更好的就业机会。高校应该加强对大学生的就业指导,为其建立科学系统的就业指导课程体系,在就业指导的过程中应该重视对个性的培养,提供更专业的就业指导队伍给大学生。只有通过多股支持力量同时努力与协作,才能有效地支持大学生实现体面的就业,将大学生对体面就业的期待变为现实,让其在获得物质层面满足的基础上,更获得精神层面的满足,真正地实现优雅的生活。
[Abstract]:Economic globalization promotes the continuous development of economy and society, and decent employment has gradually evolved from the idea in some people's minds to the realistic goal recognized by more and more people. Because college students are an important new force of socialist construction force in our country, when the problem of low employment rate of college students has gradually reached a consensus and is advancing to the track of gradual remission, how to improve the employment quality of college students has become a problem that must be actively faced and seriously considered. Therefore, decent work and elegant life of college students are not only an important index to reflect the quality of employment of college students, but also an important goal of higher education reform and social development that need the joint efforts of the state, employers, society and college students themselves. Strictly speaking, in order to realize the leap from full employment to decent employment, we must first draw up a blueprint for decent employment of college students, and look at the reality, and finally find the appropriate path between the starting point and the goal. Through the careful and in-depth analysis and research on the actual situation, it is found that due to the relatively limited social conventional employment, more and more college graduates choose flexible employment or choose to enter the private enterprise. These posts are not stable, the treatment is not high, the working environment is not ideal, the employment behavior is not standard enough, and the promoting mechanism of college students' career growth is weak. In view of this, in a sense, these college students have only achieved full employment, and there is still a certain gap between their employment status and decent employment in the real sense. Because decent employment is a more complex project, in order to make the decent employment of college students an objective social reality, it needs the government, enterprises, colleges and universities and all college students to work together. The relevant government departments should perfect and standardize the relevant provisions on flexible employment in terms of employment-related policies and systems; increase the improvement of the legal system and comprehensively safeguard the rights and interests of workers in flexible employment posts; and strive to promote economic development and improve the remuneration level of workers. Employers need to standardize their own behavior, strictly refer to reasonable standards of employment, to provide a good employment environment for college students. College students themselves need to constantly adjust their concept of employment, during the school period to constantly enrich their employment ability, actively looking for better employment opportunities for themselves. Colleges and universities should strengthen the employment guidance of college students and establish a scientific and systematic employment guidance curriculum system for them. In the process of employment guidance, they should pay attention to the cultivation of personality and provide more professional employment guidance team to college students. Only through the simultaneous efforts and cooperation of multiple support forces can we effectively support college students to achieve decent employment, turn their expectations for decent employment into reality, let them obtain spiritual satisfaction on the basis of material satisfaction, and truly achieve elegant life.
