高等中医药院校创新创业人才培养模式的实践与研究

【摘要】：在中国掀起大众创业、万众创新的大环境下,高校大学生创业热情高涨,高等中医药院校也加快推进创新创业教育改革,以湖北中医药大学创新创业人才培养实践为例,以实践教学平台建设为依托、以实验教学为突破口,以大学生创新创业活动为抓手、推进"本科教学工程",以通识课程和创新创业教育教材为支撑、以提升教师创新创业教育教学能力为保障、以"科学的教学管理机制、有效的资源配给机制"为后盾等方面探讨高等中医药院校大学生创新创业人才培养模式改革,为提高我国创新创业中医药人才培养质量提供参考。
[Abstract]:Under the environment of mass entrepreneurship and mass innovation in China, college students' enthusiasm for entrepreneurship is high, and colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine also speed up the reform of innovative entrepreneurship education. Taking the training practice of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in Hubei University of traditional Chinese Medicine as an example, taking the construction of practical teaching platform as an example, taking experimental teaching as a breakthrough, and starting with the innovative and entrepreneurial activities of college students, Based on the general curriculum and the teaching materials of innovative entrepreneurship education, to improve the teaching ability of teachers' innovative entrepreneurship education, and with the backing of "scientific teaching management mechanism and effective resource rationing mechanism", this paper probes into the reform of innovative and entrepreneurial talents training mode for college students in colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine, so as to provide reference for improving the training quality of innovative and entrepreneurial traditional Chinese medicine talents in China.
