厄立特里亚高等教育机构学生教学质量观探析

在包括厄立特里亚在内的许多发展中国家,解决教育质量问题仍然是学生通常抱怨的主要挑战。因此,本研究旨在探讨厄立特里亚高等教育机构学生对教学质量的看法。为此,本研究将六所学院的大三和大四学生纳入研究对象,探讨影响教学质量的因素,即资源、讲师、教学方法、课程评价和课程相关性。本课题是在建构主义理论、服务质量理论和课程渐进性观点的框架下进行探讨的。本研究采用了混合方法,即定性和定量相结合的方法收集数据。研究对象为46个系的学生。采用问卷调查的方法,从调查对象中收集了476份回答,并进行了6次焦点小组讨论,以获得定性数据。然后,两个数据同时分析,定量数据使用社会科学软件包,定性数据使用自上而下的主题分析。量化数据的结果以表格和图表的形式呈现,表格和图表显示了问卷每一项的平均数、标准差、频率和百分比,重点小组讨论的结果以文本和直接引述的形式呈现。根据调查结果,大多数学生对讲师的素质、教学方法和课程相关性有适度的认同。然而,学生对资源质量、公平性和反馈质量的认同度较低。此外,t检验分析的结果显示,大三和大四学生在资源质量、讲师、教学方法、课程评估和课程相关性方面没有统计学上的显著差异。然而,在公平性...
