教育实习对英语教育硕士教师实践性知识的影响研究

近年来,随着基础教育改革的不断发展,职前英语教师实践性知识的建构也越来越受到关注。教师实践性知识是教师真正信奉的,在日常的教育教学实践中实际使用和表现出来的,关于教育教学的知识,是一种与情境相适应的动态的知识体系。英语教育硕士是英语职前教师的一种,他们在毕业前,一般都要进行教育实习。教育实习是职前教师专业发展的重要阶段,可以让他们体验学校生活,接触教师工作,是实践性知识发展的重要场域。本研究基于社会学习理论和体验学习理论,试图探究教育实习对于英语教育硕士教师实践性知识的影响。因此本文对来自于华中师范大学的52名英语教育硕士进行调查研究,主要通过问卷调查和半结构化访谈来收集数据。问卷数据用SPSS19.0数据分析系统及微软EXCEL进行了处理,随后选取来自不同实习学校的10名教育硕士进行了访谈用以对定量数据的补充说明。所有的数据用于回答2个主要问题:1.教育实习总体上对英语教育硕士习得实践性知识有什么样的影响?2.教育实习中的关键活动对于英语教育硕士实践性知识各个维度分别具有什么样的影响?研究结果表明:第一,整体上教育实习对于英语教育硕士实践性知识的习得有积极影响。教育实习后英语教育硕士...
