一项关于职前英语教师教育实习期间反思的研究

教学反思作为促进教师专业成长、实现有效教学的重要环节,受到越来越多国内外教育界和教育研究界的关注。鉴于教学反思在教育中的重要角色,作为即将步入教师行业的职前教师理应提升自己的教学反思水平以及教学反思层次,以期成为更优秀的反思型教师。当前,国内外关于教学反思的研究大多侧重于理论探讨,很少有实证研究涉及到教师教学反思的现状。在关于教学反思的一系列研究中,大多数都是关于反思性教学对于在职教师专业发展的影响研究,尤其是对于大学教师,对职前老师教学反思的研究并不多见,尤其是职前老师在实习期间的教学反思研究更是匮乏。为了弥补这方面研究的不足,本研究以华中师范大学54名英语教育硕士为研究对象,通过问卷、半结构化访谈和教学反思日志的形式对职前英语教师在实习期间的反思进行探究,以期为反思型英语教师的培养提供一些可行性的建议。研究主要围绕以下三个研究问题展开:1.职前英语教师在实习期间的反思水平如何?2.职前英语教师在实习期间的反思层次是如何发展的?3.影响职前英语教师在实习期间的反思的因素包括哪些?研究的主要发现总结如下:1.在实习期间,职前英语教师群体反思水平一般,在六种反思维度中,职前英语教师的反思...
