“三标一体”教育质量管理模型在网络高等教育中的应用研究

【摘要】： 网络高等教育是远程教育的一种形式,也是高等教育在网络时代的一种新的教育模式。从1998年开始到今天,我国网络高等教育在创造巨大学习机会,促进经济社会发展的同时,也暴露出越来越多的问题。本文在分析网络高等教育存在问题的基础上,认为网络高等教育必须有科学、规范的管理,促进网络高等教育健康发展。为此,笔者提出在网络高等教育领域引入“三标一体”教育质量管理模型。本论文主体针对网络高等教育当前存在的诸多问题,建议在网络高等教育领域引入“三标一体”教育质量管理模型。通过对网络高等教育引入“三标一体”教育质量管理模型的必要性和可行性进行分析,认为“三标一体”教育质量管理模型是能够引入到网络高等教育领域的。同时从网络高等教育“三标一体”教育质量管理模型的构建和对网络高等教育领域运用“三标一体”教育质量管理模型进行了系统分析。从理论上和操作层面上基本阐明了网络高等教育领域应该引入“三标一体”教育质量管理模型、运用该体系是必要性和可行性以及如何运用等问题,并用实际运用的例子证明其效果。
[Abstract]:Network higher education is not only a form of distance education, but also a new mode of higher education in the network age.From 1998 to today, China's network higher education has created enormous learning opportunities and promoted economic and social development, at the same time, it has also exposed more and more problems.On the basis of analyzing the existing problems of network higher education, this paper holds that network higher education must have scientific and standardized management to promote the healthy development of network higher education.Therefore, the author proposes to introduce the "three standards" educational quality management model in the field of network higher education.Aiming at the current problems of network higher education, this paper proposes to introduce the "three standards" educational quality management model in the field of network higher education.Based on the analysis of the necessity and feasibility of introducing the "three standards" educational quality management model into the network higher education, it is concluded that the "three standards integrated" educational quality management model can be introduced into the field of network higher education.At the same time, this paper makes a systematic analysis on the construction of the educational quality management model of "three standards" in network higher education and the application of the "three standards" educational quality management model in the field of network higher education.Theoretically and operationally, this paper expounds that the "three standards" educational quality management model should be introduced in the field of network higher education. It is necessary and feasible to apply the system and how to use it.An example of practical application is used to prove its effectiveness.
