开放的心灵可以改变封闭的环境——论农村青年教师的专业发展

【摘要】：随着党和国家对农村教育的重视,越来越多的年轻人奔赴农村教育第一线,如何让这些刚刚蹯上工作岗位的青年教师尽快适应农村教育工作,继而成为一名合格的人民教师,乃至一名优秀的专家型教师,是目前农村教育面临的新问题。笔者结合30多年来在农村教育一线所积累的实践经验以及所做的相关调查研究,对农村教育的现状作了分析,并向已经或即将成为农村教师的年轻同仁们,提出了只要心灵开放就可以改变封闭环境的告诫。
[Abstract]:With the importance attached by the Party and the state to rural education, more and more young people have rushed to the front line of rural education. How to make these young teachers who have just taken up jobs adapt to the rural education work as soon as possible, and then become a qualified people's teacher. Even an excellent expert teacher is a new problem facing rural education. Based on the practical experience accumulated in rural education in the past 30 years and the related investigation and research, the author analyzes the present situation of rural education, and makes an analysis to the young colleagues who have become or will soon become rural teachers. Put forward as long as the mind open can change the closed environment.
