新农村建设中农村学校的文化使命及其变革

【摘要】：作为乡村传承与创生文化的主要场所,农村学校在社会主义新农村建设中肩负着重大的文化使命:传播现代科学文化知识,加强先进文化建设,进行思想道德教育,推进民主与法制建设。为了完成新农村建设赋予的文化使命,农村学校要转变教育价值观,关注培养新农村建设所需人才的数量和质量;转变教师观,使农村教师成为新农村建设的知识力量;转变课程观,促使优秀农村文化资源得到传承与发展;转变教学策略观,追寻教育与新农村建设的最佳"结合点"。
[Abstract]:As the main place for the inheritance and creation of rural culture, rural schools shoulder a major cultural mission in the construction of a new socialist countryside: spreading modern scientific and cultural knowledge, strengthening the construction of advanced culture, and carrying out ideological and moral education. We will promote the building of democracy and the legal system. In order to complete the cultural mission entrusted by the new rural construction, the rural schools should change the educational values, pay attention to the quantity and quality of talents needed for the construction of the new countryside, change the concept of teachers, and make the rural teachers become the knowledge force in the construction of the new countryside. Changing curriculum view, promoting the inheritance and development of excellent rural cultural resources, changing teaching strategy view, seeking the best "joint point" between education and new rural construction.
