教师职业自我概念引领下的自主专业发展研究

【摘要】： 国运兴衰系于教育,高素质的教师队伍是高质量教育的一个基本条件,这就要求我们采取有效措施,大力加强教师队伍建设,不断优化队伍结构和提高队伍素质。时至今日,我国的教师教育事业取得了很大的成绩,其焦点也转向了关注教师个体的主动发展,教师自主专业发展成了教师教育的重要形式,也因此如何利用教师个体的心理作用来促进教师的自主专业发展成了摆在我们面前的重要课题。本研究尝试对这一问题进行粗浅的探讨。首先,在借鉴自我概念,职业自我概念等相关理论的基础上,结合教师职业的特点,归纳、概括出“教师职业自我概念”。其次,论述了教师职业自我概念是教师自主专业发展的关键。第三,探讨了促进教师职业自我概念有效发展的策略,希望通过发展教师职业自我概念进一步促进教师自主专业发展。
[Abstract]:The rise and fall of the national movement depends on education, and the high quality of teachers is a basic condition of high quality education, which requires us to take effective measures to strengthen the construction of teachers, constantly optimize the structure of the team and improve the quality of the team. Up to now, great achievements have been made in the cause of teacher education in our country, and its focus has also shifted to paying attention to the active development of teachers, and teachers' independent professional development has become an important form of teacher education. Therefore, how to use the psychological role of teachers to promote the development of teachers' independent profession has become an important issue in front of us. This study attempts to discuss this problem. First of all, on the basis of drawing lessons from the related theories such as self-concept and professional self-concept, combined with the characteristics of teachers' profession, this paper sums up and summarizes the "teacher's professional self-concept". Secondly, it discusses that teachers' professional self-concept is the key to teachers' independent professional development. Thirdly, this paper probes into the strategies to promote the effective development of teachers' professional self-concept, hoping to further promote the development of teachers' independent profession through the development of teachers' professional self-concept.
