项目教学管理平台的设计与教学应用研究

【摘要】:随着社会发展和信息技术的普及,教育理念和方法也不断革新。我国教育顺应世界发展趋势,不断进行以基础课程改革为核心的教育改革,改革宗旨是坚持以人为本推行素质教育,重点要面向全体学生促进其全面发展。 本文所涉及的“项目教学”是适应基础教育改革标准的一种新型的教学模式,该模式注重学习者综合能力的培养,其教育思想与我国教育改革目标相吻合。全球开展项目教学的学校越来越多,我国也逐渐重视该教学模式的发展。 本课题对项目教学的理论、支持平台和教学实践进行研究。笔者在分析国内外文献的基础上,对项目教学的理论进行研究,发现我国对项目教学的研究主要是对其内涵、组成要素及其在学科中的应用进行研究,对其支持环境和教学设计及评价研究甚少,从而确定了本研究的方向;根据我国教育改革特点,以及社会发展需要构建出项目教学的目标体系、过程模式和协作能力的培养模式,探讨项目教学的评价过程;根据项目教学培养目标并结合项目管理的思想,构建出项目实践教学管理平台并将其投入试用;根据项目教学的过程模式并使用该平台进行项目教学设计、教学评价量表设计、教学实践,并分析教学效果以及平台的试用效果,最后总结实践研究的效果和不足。 本研究的创新之处主要有:构建新的、综合性的项目教学目标体系,强调“专业、项目管理、社会适应性”三位一体的综合能力素质的培养目标;构建项目教学过程中学习者协作能力的培养模式;将项目管理的思想融入教育中,开发出基于网络的项目实践教学管理平台;根据基于该平台的教学实践,制定出项目教学各环节的评价指标。
[Abstract]:With the development of society and the popularization of information technology, educational ideas and methods have been innovated. The aim of the reform is to carry out quality-oriented education based on people-oriented, and to promote its overall development for all students. The "project teaching" mentioned in this paper is a new teaching model which adapts to the reform standard of basic education, which emphasizes the cultivation of learners' comprehensive ability. More and more schools are carrying out project teaching in the world, and our country is paying more and more attention to the development of the teaching mode. Based on the analysis of the literature at home and abroad, the author studies the theory of project teaching, and finds that the research of project teaching in our country is mainly about its connotation. The component elements and their application in the discipline are studied, and the research on the supporting environment and teaching design and evaluation is very few, which determines the direction of this study. And the social development needs to construct the project teaching target system, the process model and the cooperation ability training model, discusses the project teaching appraisal process, according to the project teaching training goal and the combination project management thought, The project practice teaching management platform is constructed and put into trial. According to the process mode of project teaching and using the platform, the project teaching design, teaching evaluation scale design and teaching practice are carried out. The teaching effect and the trial effect of the platform are analyzed. Finally, the effect and deficiency of the practical research are summarized. The innovations of this study are as follows: constructing a new, comprehensive project teaching target system, emphasizing the training goal of "specialty, project management, social adaptability"; In the process of project teaching, the model of learner's cooperation ability is established, and the project management thought is integrated into education, and a web-based project practice teaching management platform is developed, according to the teaching practice based on this platform, The evaluation index of each link of project teaching is worked out.
