异步教学与高职生英语自主学习能力培养的实证研究

  最新颁布的《大学英语课程教学要求》中把“培养学生自主学习英语的能力”作为教学的主要目标之一,迫切呼吁教师和高等教育管理部门创造条件培养学生学习的自主性。然而许多高职学生却不具备自主学习的能力,在英语学习中表现尤其被动。因此,培养高职学生的英语自主学习能力就显得非常必要。异步教学法是由湖北大学黎世法教授于成功构建的一种学生在教师指导下进行自主学习的现代教学模式。笔者尝试将异步教学引进高职英语课堂教学,希望能改变高职学生自主学习能力差的现状,促进学生自主学习能力的发展,提高其学习成绩。本研究旨在解决以下几个问题:1、目前,高职学生英语自主学习存在哪些问题?2、影响高职生英语自主学习的因素有哪些?3、在英语课堂教学中采用异步教学是否能够促进学生自主学习能力的发展?本文主要以自主学习理论、建构主义学习理论、人本主义理论及终身教育理论为依据。笔者通过问卷调查和访谈对目前高职学生的英语自主学习现状进行了调查,并在执教的两个班级进行了一个学期的教学实验,在实验班采用异步教学,在控制班采用传统教学方法。实验结果显示:实验前,高职学生的英语自主学习能力偏低,大多数的学生缺乏正确的英语学习动机,学习主体意...
