图形背景理论在英语倒装结构教学中的应用研究

由于语法对于英语学习的重要性,在英语课堂教学过程中,语法教学尤为受到重视。英语倒装结构是英语语法教学过程中的难点和重点,很多学生在通过硬性记忆其语法规则后仍能够掌握该项语法。伴随认知语言学的不断发展,新的教学方法和教学理念不断涌现。其中图形背景理论作为认知语言学的重要理论,对英语倒装结构有较强的认知解释力。本文中,笔者将认知语言学中图形背景理论作为英语倒装结构的认知理论基础,并将该理论应用于倒装结构的教学。为验证图形背景理论在大学英语倒装结构教学中的有效性,采用了定性与定量相结合的研究方法。选取某大学62名大一学生作为实验对象,将其分为实验班和对照班,并分别对其进行图形背景理论模式教学和传统方法教学。通过前测,课堂教学,即时后测,访谈,延时后测的研究方式进行了为期五周的实证研究。本研究试图探求以下两个问题:(1)图形背景理论指导下的倒装句教学与传统语法教学是否有不同的教学效果?(2)如若存在不同教学效果,就学生对于倒装句结构的掌握而言,哪种教学方法对更为有效?而通过对数据的收集、分析,结果显示,在即时测试和延时测试中,采用图形背景理论指导教学的实验班测试成绩明显高于传统教学的对照班,即...
