【摘要】：随着我国教育改革不断深化和教师专业化进程的推进,初任教师压力问题日益凸现,而压力问题处理不当会影响初任教师的身心健康。因此,如何减轻初任教师的压力值得社会关注。文章从心理弹性的视角分析初任教师面临的压力,并提出若干减缓初任教师压力的对策。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of China's education reform and the advancement of teacher professionalization, the pressure of beginning teachers is becoming increasingly prominent. The improper handling of pressure problems will affect the physical and mental health of new teachers. Therefore, how to reduce the pressure of the initial teachers is worth the attention of the society. This paper analyzes the pressure from the perspective of mental resilience, and puts forward some countermeasures to alleviate the pressure of the first term teachers.
