【摘要】:近年来,对优柔寡断的研究主要集中在对它的定义、结构以及测量上,对于优柔寡断的测量工具,国内学者利用小样本对Frost版的适用性进行了研究,发现该量表的信效度较好。本文采用大样本考察Frost版优柔寡断量表的适用性,并探究优柔寡断与大五和职业决策困难的关系。 研究一旨在考察中文版优柔寡断的信效度。本研究选取长沙地区大学本科生为被试,对优柔寡断量表进行项目分析和信效度检验。结果显示,优柔寡断量表中所有项目都具有较高的鉴别度;探索性因素分析表明,该量表的因子有两个,分别是厌恶和回避,这两个因子的累积方差解释量为43.495%;验证性因素分析表明,2因子模型有较好的拟合度;优柔寡断量表与特质焦虑量表的相关显著(r=0.564);厌恶和回避两个维度的内部一致性分别为0.712和0.693,总量表的内部一致性系数为0.807,二周后重测信度为0.818。以上结果说明Frost版优柔寡断量表符合心理测量学要求,可用于测查国内被试的优柔寡断特质。 研究二旨在考察优柔寡断与大五的关系。本研究对65名大学生同时实测中文版优柔寡断量表和大五人格量表,考察两者之间的关系。结果显示,优柔寡断特质与大五的五个因子都具有显著相关,其中与神经质的相关最高(r=0.382)。 研究三旨在考察优柔寡断与职业决策困难的关系。本研究对61名大学生同时施测中文版优柔寡断量表和职业决策困难量表,发现优柔寡断与职业决策困难的三个因子都存在显著相关。 综合以上结果,本研究认为Frost版优柔寡断量表具有较好的信效度,且其与大五及职业决策困难问存在显著相关。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the research mainly concentrated in the definition of irresolute and hesitant it, structure and measurement, measurement tools for domestic scholars use irresolute and hesitant, small sample for Frost version was studied, found that the reliability and validity of the scale is good. This paper uses a large sample study of the applicability of the Frost version of the scale irresolute and hesitant with the big five, and explore the occupation decision and irresolute and hesitant difficult relationship.
A study was designed to investigate the reliability and validity of Chinese version. This study selected Changsha irresolute and hesitant in undergraduate students as subjects, project analysis and validation of the scale irresolute and hesitant. The results showed that all the items in the scales have high irresolute and hesitant discrimination; exploratory factor analysis showed that the scale factor of two, are disliked and avoided, the cumulative variance of the two factors accounted for 43.495%; confirmatory factor analysis showed that the 2 factor model has better fitting degree; significant scale and irresolute and hesitant trait anxiety scale (R =0.564); disgust and avoidance of the two dimensions of internal consistency were 0.712 and 0.693, the internal consistency coefficient of total scale was 0.807, two weeks after the test-retest reliability was 0.818. the above results showed that the Frost version of the scale irresolute and hesitant in line with the requirements of psychometrics, can be used to measure domestic subjects Indecisive traits.
Study two examined five and irresolute and hesitant relationship. This study also measured 65 college students Chinese version irresolute and hesitant scale and the big five personality scale, the study on the relationship between them. The results showed that five factors irresolute and hesitant traits and five have significant correlation, the highest correlation with neuroticism (r=0.382)..
The purpose of study three is to investigate the relationship between indecision and career decision-making difficulties. In this study, a total of 61 college students were tested on the Chinese version of the indecision scale and the career decision difficulty scale. It was found that indecision and three factors of career decision-making difficulties were significantly correlated.
In this study, the Frost version of the indecisive scale has a good reliability and validity, and it has a significant correlation with the big five and the career decision difficulty.
