现代远程开放教育辅导教师专业成长叙事研究

【摘要】:专职辅导教师在现代远程开放教育中扮演着多种角色,是连系学员与教育的纽带,是现代远程开放教育质量的保障;因此,对于现代远程开放教育专职辅导教师专业成长的研究十分必要。笔者试图通过典型专职辅导教师专业成长案例的解读与研究,呈现其日常教育教学中的片段、挖掘其专业成长中的关键点、分析其专业成长的影响因因素,以引起辅导教师的共鸣、促使辅导教师进行自我反思,为广大辅导教师的专业成长提供借鉴和帮助。本研究采用叙事研究的方法,选取南京市白下电大分校两名具有代表性的专职辅导教师为研究对象,通过近三个月的田野观察,借助课堂观摩、访谈等方法收集资料;通过教育情境和专业成长历程的再现与重组,揭示隐藏在日常教育生活琐事中的教师专业成长共性。 本研究共分三个部分:第一部分主要介绍了本论题提出的背景和现实需要,并对国内外远程开放教育教师的相关研究进行了梳理、对相关概念作出了界定,提出了本研究的意义和目的、理清了研究思路、阐述了研究方法与过程;第二部分在分析、整理研究资料的基础上,从研究对象的心路历程、课堂、作出的成长探索等方面呈现了两位辅导老师的专业成长故事,诠释了其专业成长态度和个人教育理念;第三部分从教育信念和自我发展意识两个方面阐释两位教师的专业理念,从内外因两个维度概括了其专业成长的影响因素,并总结了研究对象专业成长的经验,以期能引起辅导教师群体刊教师专业成长的思考。
[Abstract]:Full-time tutoring teachers play a variety of roles in modern distance open education. They are the link between students and education and the guarantee of the quality of modern distance open education.It is necessary to study the professional growth of professional tutors in modern distance open education.The author tries to interpret and study the typical professional growth cases of full-time tutoring teachers, present the fragments in their daily education and teaching, dig out the key points in their professional growth, and analyze the influencing factors of their professional growth.In order to arouse the resonance of the tutoring teachers, promote the tutoring teachers to reflect on themselves, and provide reference and help for the professional growth of the majority of tutoring teachers.This research adopts the narrative research method, selects two representative full-time tutoring teachers of Baixia Radio and Television University of Nanjing as the research object, through the field observation of nearly three months, with the help of classroom observation, interviews and other methods to collect data;Through the reappearance and reorganization of educational situation and professional growth course, the author reveals the commonness of teachers' professional growth hidden in the trivia of daily educational life.This research is divided into three parts: the first part mainly introduces the background and practical needs of this thesis, and combs the related research of distance and open education teachers at home and abroad, and defines the relevant concepts.The significance and purpose of this study are put forward, the research ideas are clarified, and the research methods and processes are expounded. The second part is based on the analysis and collation of the research materials, from the perspective of the object of study, the classroom,The professional development stories of the two tutoring teachers are presented, and their professional growth attitudes and personal educational concepts are explained. The third part explains the professional concepts of the two teachers from the two aspects of educational belief and self-development consciousness.This paper sums up the influencing factors of professional growth from internal and external factors, and summarizes the experience of professional growth of the subjects of study, in order to arouse the reflection on the professional growth of teachers in the guidance teacher group.
