对“国培计划”中“实践研修”课程的探索——基于骨干教师置换脱产培训的个案研究

【摘要】：本文以反思和实践为价值取向,以"国培计划"中骨干教师置换脱产培训为个案,从教学实践、示范引领和教育研究三个维度构建了"实践研修"课程系统,并从操作层面上形成了"实践研修"课程的实施策略。该成果不仅对"国培计划"置换脱产培训具有借鉴的价值,还对中小学教师培训如何达到学以致用有普遍意义。
[Abstract]:This paper takes reflection and practice as the value orientation, takes the key teachers' replacement and off-duty training as a case in the "National training Plan", and constructs the "practice study" curriculum system from the three dimensions of teaching practice, demonstration guidance and educational research. And from the operational level formed the practice of the course of the implementation strategy. This achievement not only has the reference value to the "National Education Plan" replacement off-production training, but also has the universal significance to the primary and middle school teacher training how to achieve the use of learning.
