广西越南医学新生H6亚型禽流感病毒血清抗体调查

【摘要】：目的了解广西和越南顺化两地大学新生甲型流感病毒H6亚型感染情况,探讨流感流行的现状和趋势。方法应用HI法,对随机抽取的两地医科大学2010级新生共500份血清样本进行H6亚型禽流感病毒抗体检测。结果广西医科大学和越南顺化医科大学新生H6亚型抗体阳性率分别为6.00%和7.20%,差异无统计学意义(P0.05);广西医科大学男生(10.26%)比女生(2.26%)抗体阳性率高(P0.05)。两地大学生H6亚型抗体分布均以小于1∶40的低浓度滴度为主。结论禽流感病毒H6亚型在广西和越南顺化医科大学新生中已有感染。需进一步加强对两地人群该亚型感染的监控。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the status and trend of influenza A virus H6 subtype infection in Guangxi and Vietnam, and to explore the current situation and trend of influenza epidemic. Methods HI method was used to detect the H6 subtype of avian influenza virus antibody in 500 serum samples from 2010 freshmen randomly selected from two medical universities. The positive rates of H6 subtype antibody were 6% and 7.20% in the freshmen of the University, respectively (P0.05); the male (10.26%) of Guangxi Medical University was higher than the female (2.26%) antibody positive rate (P0.05). The distribution of H6 subtype antibody in both college students was lower than 1 to 40 low concentration. Conclusion the avian influenza virus H6 subtype in Guangxi and Vietnam Infection among medical freshmen needs to be further monitored.
