儒家诚信伦理的现代价值——基于现代国人道德困境的视角

【摘要】：要消除现代人所面临的道德困境,就必须把诚信回归到人的立身之本、交友之道、立业之基、为政之道上来。这要求我们必须对儒家诚信伦理进行由品德诚信向责任诚信的转化、从道德意识向经济意识的扩展、由单边义务向权利平等的转化、从伦理诚信向法律诚信的过渡,从而使之完全具有现代性特征,以便更好地在现代社会中发挥其应有的教化作用。
[Abstract]:In order to eliminate the moral dilemma faced by modern people, it is necessary to return honesty and credit to the foundation of people's establishment, the way of making friends, the foundation of establishing business, and the way of administration. This requires us to transform the Confucian integrity ethics from moral integrity to responsibility integrity, from moral consciousness to economic consciousness, from unilateral obligation to equal rights, from ethical integrity to legal honesty. In order to make it full of modern characteristics, in order to play a better role in the modern society.
