基于Claroline的中小学教师教育技术能力混合式培训的设计与应用

【摘要】:随着《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020)》的颁布,纲要中着重强调了继续推进农村中小学远程教育,使农村和边远地区师生能够享受优质教育资源。在推进远程教育的过程中,有一种好的教学方法是集网络学习和课堂学习的优势于一体,被称为混合式学习。这样的学习方法既能够集中优质的学习资源的优点,同时也具备了课堂学习中师生交流感情的优势。 Claroline是一个开源的网络课程系统,具有方便的安装,简洁利索的功能等特点,在中小教师培训中具有独特的优势,如何以平台为基础,整合各种资源,充分发挥混合式培训的特点以提高中小学教师教育技术能力的培训成为一项非常有意义的课题。 本文共分为5章: 第1章为绪论部分,该章阐述了中小学教师教育技术能力培训的研究背景及问题的提出、混合式培训的国内外研究现状、Claroline的国内外研究现状、研究目的和意义,以及本文的研究内容和方法。 第2章为相关理论与技术概述部分,,该章对教师学习理论、教师专业发展理论、混合式学习的理论基础进行了相关阐述,并对Claroline的教学特性和功能进行了分析。 第3章为基于Claroline的混合式培训的设计部分,也是本文的主体部分,这部分不仅仅包括培训前期的分析,分别为学习者分析、学习目标分析、学习内容分析、培训要素分析,而且包括了培训组织形式,培训活动设计,培训内容设计以及培训评价设计。 第4章为基于Claroline的混合式培训的应用部分,包括Claroline培训平台搭建,培训的三个阶段的流程,基于Claroline的混合式培训的应用案例,以及专题和方案的应用效果分析。 第5章为研究结论及问题,该章包括研究结论、本研究的局限性和今后的研究方向。 本文是在自主的搭建Claroline平台之上,结合混合式学习模式的优势,构建基于Claroline平台的混合式培训,解决中小学教师教育技术能力培训中存在的突出问题,主要利用文献研究法、行动研究法和实验观察法,最终能够证实混合式培训能够非常好的支持教师培训的实施, Claroline平台能够非常好的支持教师培训的实施以及基于Claroline平台的混合式培训流程适用于教师培训。
[Abstract]:With the promulgation of the outline of the National medium and long term Education Reform and Development Program (2010-2020), emphasis is placed on continuing to promote distance education in rural primary and secondary schools so as to enable teachers and students in rural and remote areas to enjoy high-quality educational resources. In the process of promoting distance education, there is a good teaching method which integrates the advantages of network learning and classroom learning, and is called hybrid learning. This learning method not only can concentrate the advantages of high-quality learning resources, but also has the advantage of exchanging feelings between teachers and students in classroom learning. Claroline is an open source web-based course system with convenient installation. The features of simplicity and simplicity have unique advantages in the training of middle and small school teachers. How to integrate all kinds of resources based on the platform, It is a very meaningful subject to give full play to the characteristics of mixed training in order to improve the educational technical ability of primary and secondary school teachers. This paper is divided into five chapters: the first chapter is the introduction part. This chapter describes the research background and problems of primary and secondary school teachers' educational technical ability training, the research status of hybrid training at home and abroad, the research status of Claroline at home and abroad. The purpose and significance of the research, as well as the contents and methods of this paper. Chapter 2 is an overview of relevant theories and techniques. This chapter describes the theory of teacher learning, the theory of teacher professional development and the theoretical basis of hybrid learning, and analyzes the teaching characteristics and functions of Claroline. Chapter 3 is the design part of hybrid training based on Claroline and the main part of this paper. This part not only includes pre-training analysis, but also includes learner analysis, learning goal analysis, learning content analysis, training element analysis. And includes the training organization form, the training activity design, the training content design and the training appraisal design. Chapter 4 is the application part of hybrid training based on Claroline, including the construction of Claroline training platform, the process of three stages of training, the application case of hybrid training based on Claroline, and the analysis of the application effect of the project and the scheme. Chapter 5 is the conclusion and problem of the research. This chapter includes the conclusion, the limitation of this study and the research direction in the future. Based on the Claroline platform and the advantages of hybrid learning model, this paper constructs the hybrid training based on Claroline platform to solve the outstanding problems in the training of primary and secondary school teachers' educational technology ability, mainly using the literature research method. Action research and experimental observation, Finally, it can be proved that hybrid training can support the implementation of teacher training very well, Claroline platform can support the implementation of teacher training very well, and the hybrid training process based on Claroline platform can be applied to teacher training.
