乌审旗数字化教育平台需求分析及平台的设计

【摘要】：为了更好地贯彻国家教育中长期规划中提出的：重点加强农村学校信息基础建设,缩小城乡数字化差距的目标,使西部民族地区的中小学教师和学生都能享受到优质的教育资源,方便教师在本地进行资源共享和交流,切实提高数字化资源的应用水平和建立符合地区特色和需求的数字化平台是重要的基础。笔者结合自己的工作设计制定乌审旗数字化平台方案,目标是使乌审旗的基础教育信息化进入到一个全新的发展阶段,设计建设一个能够有效支撑全旗中小学校及幼儿园实施教学、教研、教师继续教育、学校管理、家校互动的数字化教育平台；推进教育教学方法、教师继续教育、教育管理创新。具体内容包括：实现面向服务的统一门户、统一认证、统一数据。为教师、学生、家长、教育机构人员等用户提供统一的教育教学应用支撑,更好地整合信息技术资源,从而提升中小学教师和学生的信息技术能力,缩小乌审旗城乡数字化差距,加强与发达地区的数字化交流,在一定程度上缩小与发达在数字资源应用方面的差距。全文共分五部分,在说明选题背景和相关指导理论的基础上,通过对构建数字化信息平台的需求分析,阐明构建数字化平台的整体架构、运用环境、主要技术指标、结构和功能,应用软件工程的开发思想、网络编程技术构建网络平台,并进行小范围的试用,通过专家、教师等应用评价,最后是简要的总结和展望。

The author combines his own work design to make the digital platform scheme of Wu-sheng Banner, the goal is to make the basic education information of Wu-sheng Banner enter a new stage of development. Design and construction of a digital education platform that can effectively support the implementation of teaching, teaching and research, teachers' continuing education, school management, home and school interaction in primary and secondary schools and kindergartens; Promote teaching methods, teachers continue education, education and management innovation. The concrete content includes: realize the service-oriented unified portal, unify the authentication, unify the data. For teachers, students, parents, educational personnel and other users to provide unified education and teaching application support, better integration of information technology resources, thereby improving the ability of primary and secondary school teachers and students information technology, To narrow the digital gap between urban and rural areas, to strengthen the digital communication with developed areas, and to narrow the gap between the developed and the developed in the application of digital resources to a certain extent. The paper is divided into five parts.
