城乡义务教育优质均衡发展进程中的问题研究——以江苏省为例

【摘要】：近十年来江苏省义务教育发展取得了令人瞩目的成绩,但在均衡发展过程中仍然存在着城乡教育经费差距大、城乡师资水平差距大和教育办学条件差距明显等问题,要在2020前完成全省区域义务教育优质均衡的任务,必须对仍然存在的问题进行深入探讨,分析其存在的原因并找出相应对策,以期达到优质均衡发展的目标。
[Abstract]:The development of compulsory education in Jiangsu Province has made remarkable achievements in the past ten years. However, in the process of balanced development, there are still some problems, such as the large gap between urban and rural education funds, the large gap between urban and rural teachers' level and the obvious gap in educational conditions. In order to complete the task of quality balance of compulsory education in the whole province before 2020, we must deeply discuss the problems that still exist, analyze the reasons for their existence and find out the corresponding countermeasures, in order to achieve the goal of high quality balanced development.
