中美教育管理研究方法应用差异性的研究

【摘要】:一门学科的建设和发展,不仅需要深厚的理论基础,更要有一套自成体系的研究方法。目前,教育管理研究在各个国家差异化发展,就研究实力和成果而言,美国明显处于优势地位。迄今为止,我国在教育管理研究领域虽然取得了相当丰富的成果,但在翻阅两国教育管理研究文章时,仍会明显感受到双方在教育管理研究中方法应用的显著差异。这种差异的比较对于提升我国的教育管理研究的科学性是非常必要的。本研究选取美国EAQ期刊与我国部分重点师范院校教育管理专业的硕博论文作为研究对象,采用文本分析对其论文中所使用的研究方法,进行多层次的分析,以此来了解中美两国教育管理研究方法应用的现状和趋势。本研究由以下三个部分组成。 第一部分是绪论。该部分首先对本文的研究缘起和研究意义进行了说明,并对国内外教育管理研究中方法的应用情况进行了详细的阐述。最后,从研究目标、研究内容和研究思路与设计三个方面进一步说明了本文的研究方案。 第二部分是统计与分析。该部分将从研究范式、研究方式和研究的具体方法三个层面对中美两国教育管理研究中方法的应用进行比较。结果发现,中美两国都以质性研究范式为主,人种学研究方式的论文数量居多,但我国在具体研究方法应用方面明显比美国单薄许多。 第三部分是结论与建议。通过第二部分的统计分析,总结中美两国教育管理研究方法应用的现状、趋势和特点,并提出有利于我国教育管理研究方法的应用与国际接轨的若干建议。
[Abstract]:The construction and development of a subject need not only a deep theoretical foundation, but also a set of systematic research methods. At present, the educational management research is developing differently in each country, as far as the research strength and achievement are concerned, the United States is obviously in a dominant position. Up to now, although our country has made quite a lot of achievements in the field of educational management research, when we read the educational management research articles between the two countries, we can still feel the obvious difference in the application of the methods in the educational management research between the two countries. The comparison of these differences is very necessary to improve the scientific nature of educational management research in our country. In this study, the EAQ journals in the United States and the major educational management papers in some key normal colleges and universities in China are selected as the object of study, and the research methods used in the thesis are analyzed by means of text analysis, and a multi-level analysis is carried out. In order to understand the current situation and trend of the application of educational management research methods in China and the United States. This study consists of the following three parts. The first part is the introduction. In this part, the origin and significance of the research are explained, and the application of the methods in the research of educational management at home and abroad is described in detail. Finally, the research project is further explained from three aspects: the research goal, the research content, the research idea and the design. The second part is statistics and analysis. This part will compare the application of the methods in the research of educational management between China and the United States from the perspectives of research paradigm, research methods and specific research methods. The results show that both China and the United States are dominated by qualitative research paradigm, with the majority of papers on ethnography. However, the application of specific research methods in China is much thinner than that in the United States. The third part is conclusions and recommendations. Through the statistical analysis of the second part, this paper summarizes the present situation, trend and characteristics of the application of the educational management research methods in China and the United States, and puts forward some suggestions which are beneficial to the application of the educational management research methods in China to the international standards.
