课程领导共同体的实现机制

【摘要】:课程领导共同体是当前课程领导研究的一个新视域,建构多元参与的课程领导共同体已成为课程领导实践的追求。课程领导共同体具有民主性领导、共享性愿景和反思性实践等特征,对课程变革与发展具有重要意义。课程领导共同体的实现必须在探究课程领导共同体模式的基础上,从价值引领、制度保障和平台搭建等三方面着手,进而完善课程领导共同体的运作机理。
[Abstract]:The curriculum leadership community is a new field of view in the current curriculum leadership research. It has become the pursuit of curriculum leadership practice to construct a multi-participating curriculum leadership community. Curriculum leadership community is characterized by democratic leadership, shared vision and reflective practice, which is of great significance to curriculum reform and development. On the basis of exploring the model of curriculum leadership community, the realization of curriculum leadership community must proceed from three aspects, such as value guidance, system guarantee and platform construction, so as to perfect the operation mechanism of curriculum leadership community.
