【摘要】：现代意义上的指标体系产生于20世纪60年代。人类正在经历从小数据时代到大数据时代的历史变迁。教育指标体系是测量评估教育体系、教育发展和教育质量以及教育阶段性发展特征的重要战略工具,具有确定性、普遍性、一致性、可采集性、可计量性和可维护性六大特点。教育指标体系的构建过程不仅是一个学习过程、测量过程和评估过程,而且是预测过程、决策过程和价值建构过程。
[Abstract]:The system of education is an important strategic tool for measuring and evaluating the educational system , educational development and quality of education and the characteristics of the periodical development of education . The construction process of the education index system is not only a learning process , the measurement process and the evaluation process , but also the process of prediction , decision process and value construction .
