“减负令”与“减负”之我见——一个基层教研员的另类思考

【摘要】:正"减负"既是"老"话题,也是历久弥新的"新"话题;既是应该冷静对待的"冷"问题,也是总被炒作的热火朝天的"热"问题。笔者在基层工作三十多年,对此有一点另类思考。一、就群体而言,"课业负担过重"是个伪命题用百度搜索"什么是课业负担",相关条目近4,810,000个,可见,当今社会对"课业负担"的关注度之高。笔者认为,要厘清"课业负担"的概念,必须首先明确什么是"课业"、什么是"负担"以及"课业"与"负担"的关系。
[Abstract]:"reducing burden" is not only the old topic, but also the old "new" topic. It is not only a "cold" problem that should be treated calmly, but also a hot "hot" problem which is always hyped. The author has been working at the grass-roots level for more than 30 years, and there is a little alternative thinking about it. First, as far as the group is concerned. "overburden of schoolwork" is a false proposition. Baidu searches for "what is the burden of schoolwork", and the related items are nearly 4 or 810,000. It can be seen that today's society has a high degree of attention to the "burden of schoolwork". In order to clarify the concept of "schoolwork burden", we must first clarify what is "schoolwork", what is "burden" and the relationship between "schoolwork" and "burden".
