牛津大学心理健康服务对我国高校心理咨询工作的启示

【摘要】:从机构设置到服务内容,牛津大学的心理健康服务与我国高校有较多相似之处,因而有较强的参考性。借鉴牛津大学的经验,结合我国高校实际,高校心理健康教育工作要明确心理健康教育机构和队伍在校园危机事件处理过程中的支持角色;完善学生援助工作体系,鼓励学生在校接受挑战、赢得成长,切实完善心理疾患学生向医疗机构转介过程中的衔接机制;合理定位专业人员的职责,咨询和授课可分离;加强学生自助资源的开发利用,促进同辈互助;进一步加强与院系的密切合作,扩大学生求助渠道。
[Abstract]:From the institutional setting to the service content, the mental health service of Oxford University has many similarities with our universities, so it has a strong reference. Using the experience of Oxford University for reference, combined with the reality of our universities. The work of mental health education in colleges and universities should clarify the supporting roles of mental health education institutions and teams in the process of dealing with campus crisis. Improve the work system of student assistance, encourage students to accept challenges in school, win growth, and improve the linking mechanism in the process of referral of students with psychological disorders to medical institutions; Reasonable positioning of professional responsibilities, consulting and teaching can be separated; Strengthen the development and utilization of students' self-help resources and promote peer mutual assistance; Further strengthen the close cooperation with the departments, expand the channels for students to seek help.
