【摘要】：正教育部6月12日发布关于改进评审评估评价和检查工作的若干意见指出,今后教育部将大力精简项目评审、教育评估、人才评价等"三评"工作,推动简政放权和转变职能。意见提出,教育部将切实解决评审多、评估多、检查多等地方和学校反映强烈的突出问题,有效发挥评审、评估、评价和检查工作在促进教育资源合理配置、提高教育质量等方面的积极作用。意见指出,"三评"工作应当根据学校教学科研工作实际合理安排时间,要避免对学校正常的教学科研秩
