【摘要】:正为提高农村学生尤其是贫困地区学生的营养健康水平,2011年11月23日,国务院颁布了[2011]5号文件——农村义务教育学生营养改善计划(以下简称"学生营养改善计划"),在22个省699个试点县的2 600万农村义务教育阶段学生中,中央财政按照每名学生每个学习日3元的标准提供膳食营养补助。除此之外,还有15个省开展了地方试点工作,共惠及3 000多万农村义务教育阶段学生。由于农村学生营养改善项目种类多、覆盖地区广,各地区间经济社会
[Abstract]:In order to improve the nutritional health of rural students, especially those in poor areas, in November 23rd 2011, The State Council promulgated document No. 5 on the Nutrition improvement Plan for Rural compulsory Education students (hereinafter referred to as the "Student Nutrition improvement Plan"), out of 26 million rural compulsory education students in 699 pilot counties in 22 provinces.
